I recently purchased a used generator from Eric at this store and can't say enough about the service, it was completely refurbished price was great and he showed me exactly how to work it. I've used it just once when we lost power and it worked great also good to know that they service all machines lawnmowers, snow blowers and any other gas or electric tool that you have. It's nice to support a local business and not a big corporate store also I wanted to thank Luke, who works for Eric with helping me get the generator in my car and making sure it was secure. Stay away from this company.Rent a bobcat which broke in first few hours,spoke to manager thru the phone he agreed to bring another machine to finish my job on same day I planned ,at no charge.Of course I didn't get anything on the paper cause I trust people,also my mind was focused on finishing the project.guess what ? 3 months already I fight with them for overcharging my cc for another machine.when you will get there to rent anything they will take care of you very well,after any problem appears ,no one knows anything no one is in the charge.Thats the way they do their business.save yourself from them,go somewhere else.supposed to get 0 star read more

I worked for a rental company for 5 years so I know the rental business intimately. This place does not maintain their equipment very well. I rent from them sometimes because they are walking distance from me but for some stuff I will drive to Home Depot now that they rent equipment. I rented a wood chipper a few years back that was a legitimate death trap. Cracked welds all over the place and the safety pin that is supposed to keep the cutting wheel cover closed, flew off while I was sending a branch through the machine. I also rented a stump grinder that was brand new. It kept stalling so they swapped it out for me with a much older (I would say end of life) grinder. Again, cracked welds all over, broken... I mean missing wheel brake so I had to place a brick under the wheel for leverage. Also, the exhaust re-director pipe was gone so I was sucking exhaust for 3 hours straight. I had a headache for 2 days. read more

I don't understand how this company can be in business for so long. I have some equipment being repaired there and it's been there for over two week. Unless you call you never get an up date on the status of your repair. Even when you visit the location for an update, no one seems to be in charge and no one knows what's going on with the repair. This is the second time I brought it back for the same problem and I have to say they did said they would look at it with no issue. Let's hope they get it right this time and their repair work is better than their client service skills. read more
