I had it done about 4 or 5 years ago and never really saw a big difference. He discovered that the main duct was blocked so did not get cleaned last time. He cut a hole and cleaned it out, then patched the hole with screws that can be taken out next time we need them cleaned in 7 or 8 years. We could not be happier. He said the vents that were cleaned 4 or 5 years ago were pretty clean, the problem was in the blocked vents. I used to have to dust every single day, now I can go 3-4 days without noticing much dust where it used to be thick every morning. I highly recommend COMET AIR DUCT CLEANING! They have cameras that show before and after cleaning and they give you a copy at the end. They also disinfect the vents they clean. I called Rod and about 20 other plumbers in the area and everyone was busy. We use a cistern for…read morewater and had a water booster pump go out leaving us with NO water. We called the pump supplier and our fault code caused them to recommend pump replacement. Pump was installed by a licensed plumber (now retired) only two years before and supplier stated warranty is no longer in effect. Needless to say we were not happy. When we called Rod he was on his way to supplier and told me he would check it out but could not do any work until 4-5 days. After a couple hours and no one able to beat his estimated schedule he called and told us he could get pump under warranty and replace in a couple hours! Knowing our dire situation Rod called back in afternoon stating he got pump and rearranged his schedule to fit us in the next day! Living in a rural area Rod came out replaced pump and saved us on cost of new unit. He was friendly, professional and very responsive to our situation. I highly recommend Glover Plumbing & Heating.
