First the bad: The wait: was very, very long. There were about 10 or more people that had already placed orders in front of me. I was unaware of this. I got the wrong sandwich: I ordered the cheese steak but received the turkey. It was dark so I didn't notice this till I had already started walking home. The bridge event was already over, the carts were breaking down, and I didn't want to go wait again. The good news? The turkey was AMAZING! I forget the official name of the sandwich but it had absolutely incredible flavors. I'd definitely try them again, I'd just be a bit more proactive about the wait times...

The steak was perfectly seasoned and tender, stacked generously on a soft, slightly toasted roll that held everything together like a warm hug. The melted provolone--oozing just enough to feel indulgent--wrapped it all in richness without overpowering the savory magic happening underneath. But it wasn't just the flavors--it was the feeling. You know that moment when you taste something so good it makes you pause? Yeah, that happened. It was comfort and joy in one bite. If you're on the hunt for the one, the Philly cheesesteak that sets the bar... this is it. I'd come back again and again, and I wouldn't change a thing.
