The owner has effectively stolen my car. And my insurance has already cut the check so now I have to sue for it back. I think the guy working the shop, Tommy, has a substance issue and has spent the check. I took another car in for a small issue and he basically kidnapped me to a bar - I was alone and afraid to say no to his insistence and put myself in any danger. This guy has serious issues. I don't know much about the area, but I ended up taking my vehicle here in a panic, after getting an estimate elsewhere, and after failing to pass state inspection because of the car's smashed front bumper. Everyone at WFM was immediately helpful. I just showed up (in a panic!) and a few folks came out to take a look at the damage to my front bumper/side door/hood/headlight and to talk me through their initial thoughts on repairs. They also cleaned up the bumper a little and made sure the sharp pieces where it had been smashed weren't exposed. They secured my loose headlight so it wouldn't fall off, until I could take it in for repairs. A couple days later, my partner dropped my car and estimate off at WFM while I was at work. When I picked it up 2.5 weeks later, it looked even better than when I first got it. The bumper, hood, door, and headlight were so meticulously repaired and detailed. Not only that, but the folks at Worcester Foreign Motors totally cleaned the outside and inside of my car as well, free of charge. This could not have been an easy task: the car had been a mess after moving all my stuff and two cats up the coast. It looks like a brand new car now. It was stressful to have the accident so soon after moving, but a blessing to find these folks. I highly recommend WFM to anyone, and I will be taking my car back there in the future.

    Hit a curb and needed rim repaired and tire replaced. Guy behind the counter didn't understand what…read morewas wrong with the car (I am bad at communicating car information) but told me to bring it in anyway. Told me they could fix it by EOD, which they did! 470 total, 300 for the new tire and the rest was split between minor charges, tax, and hourly rate for labor. I don't know if that is decent for the area or not, but it felt OK to me. While I was waiting the man behind the counter told someone getting their car detailed that they weren't going to replace their windshield wipers (even though it was a part of the checklist) because it was unnecessary and they didn't want to charge for something they didn't need to do. That's not something you hear often! The man behind the counter was extremely kind and helpful, absolutely would return to this place again.

I had a completely unacceptable and frankly wrongful customer experience at a local Meineke Shop. As a disabled person who needs a cane to walk reached out to the local Meineke shop with a web inquiry. As a returning/Repeat customer, after receiving no acknowledgement or response, I wrote again 2 additional or 3 times total. Again my inquiries were ignored disregarded and to this day remain unanswered. So I proceeded to drive to the Meineke shop to ask why the disgustingly inept customer service and non-response to my inquiry. In the Dead of Winter snow banks abundant, I parked in the only valid and marked parking space available. Also, if It Matters, I do have a valid Handicap Plackard displayed in my vehicle clearly visible from a distance! Someone from the shop came out, saw me with walking difficulty and with a cane curtly said you must move your car you can't park there! As after receiving that shocking and disrespectful interaction I left and drove away! Subsequently to that shocking inept act of customer service, I Reached out to Driven Brands (Meineke's Parent Company) in Charlotte NC for support and asked that the Senior or District Manager reach back out to support a repeat and returning customer request for service. After Not Less than 6 Phone calls to the Charlotte and Corporate Headquarters the same disrespectful, Inept and disgraceful disregard and concern for their repeat and returning customers was sustained. After Not less than 6-Phone calls to this corporate entity no one has responded, left a message or even attempted to address this substandard, unlawful, and unacceptable customer care. Though questions may be raised with regard to my Customer Experience, I would encourage you to search Driven Brands and the noted Corporate ineptitude and Business Failures of the leadership including that of its SLT.
