Dr Rivers was assigned to my child ,she spent 3-4 mins with my child to check out his lungs and neck. She - Dr Rivers- wrote the prescription for the flu shot vaccine for my child. 24 hours later, I found out that she diagnosed my child WITHOUT communicating/aligning/ consulting with me ( parent) with " behavioural and emotional disorder with onset in childhood ". Since I was in shock , as this is her FIRST time meeting my child. I asked her for any supporting documentations and prior visits that allowed for such a diagnosis, she admitted that she had NONE. I requested for that diagnosis to be removed since she admitted not having any supporting documentation or prior knowledge/ visit with my child and she still has not done so. This is UNACCEPTABLE and beneath the experience expected from a professional individual and should NOT meet the standard of an organization as Princeton Naussau Pediatrics or any healthcare provider. The fact that a doctor diagnosed a child WITHOUT aligning and consulting the parent or the caregiver is against the NJ law and federal law especially as a toddler. This is a very stressful situation trying to get this doctor to correct the harm and emotional distress she is causing to me .Parents, I will give Dr Rivers less than 1star if it is possible. I urge you NOT to go to her to avoid this experience. Princeton Naussau Pediatrics, please note this is unethical and unlawful behavior by Dr Rivers.

I made a payment in September for my son's extended records to be mailed to me and didn't receive them. I called multiple times a week for weeks to get ahold of them. Not once has anyone ever picked up my call on the medical record line. Instead I have to go through the sick appointment line to get ahold of anyone. I told them my son's 2 year appointment would be at the end of October which gave them almost 2 months to mail me his records/vaccines. Still I got nothing and over the phone they continued to say we will mail them. I spoke to someone a week before his 2 year appointment and they said we will mail it out today but we will also fax the vaccine information by the end of the day so the new office has it. The morning of the appointment my son's new office calls to tell me they never received anything. Again Healthy Kids says we will fax partial records and mail the full records and it's now December and neither myself nor my child's new office has any health records. Today's phone call the lady on the other line tried to tell me it'll cost me another $10 to mail the records when I've already made the payment in September!!! This is the worst experience ever.
