First time here and it was a great experience. Didn't try to sell me on a bunch of extra dental work like previous places. They are all very nice and informative about what to expect. Will make this my primary dentist for sure. read more

Absolute Dental is truly the best! Patrick and his entire team are amazing--professional, kind, and always welcoming. I especially highly recommend Heather; she is exceptional and makes every visit comfortable and stress-free. I've been coming here for over 20 years, and the consistency, care, and quality have never changed. I wouldn't trust my dental care to anyone else. Highly recommend! read more

Fabulous staff, beautiful office, friendly , happy Doctors . The best dental care you can get in the valley. You won't be disappointed .

Highly recommend. Patrick and his team are very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. Which says a lot from a guy who is not a fan of the dentist. When it comes to me going to the dentist, I'd rather trot to hell on a fast horse with a porcupine saddle than get my teeth cleaned. But I'll continue my scheduled cleanings here and recommend them to everyone. read more

Employees are very kind and generous, and also helpful. Everyone is always willing to work with you if theres anything you need.

One of my least favorite things to do is visit the dentist. However that is not the case with Dr. Patrick Calalang and his crew. Not only do they know what the I love the office and everyone that works there. Take it from someone who was terrified to visit and now doesn't mind at all! read more

Dr.Patrick Calalang and Absolute Dental are the BEST! Highly recommend! I've known Patrick for over 20 years and trust him with all of my dental needs! read more

Been coming to Absolute for so many years! I don't even know how long. I remembered sitting my 3 yr old daughter on my belly while they cleaned my teeth. Now she's going to be 19! Always a pleasure to get my teeth cleaned. But today IlDr Calalang redid my filling. It needed to be done and his work is great! He has great bedside manners and he doesn't push for things not needed! read more

Patrick is fantastic dentist and his work is flawless. He doesn't rush and is a perfectionist. He makes you comfortable and you enjoy visiting with him during your time there. More of a friend than your Dentist. I recommend him to everyone I know that is looking for a regular dentist in the area. The staff is amazing as well and extremely courteous and cheerful whenever I come for an appt. read more

First time patient and I had a wonderful experience. Every staff I came across across was super friendly and very helpful. They definitely took care of my concerns. They offered very good care from beginning to end ! I'm very satisfied with my teeth cleaning and the customer service here ! read more

Dentist is professional and personable. I feel confident that I am getting good quality treatment

I've been a patient of Absolute Dental since 2005 and have only had the experience of visiting for my routine care. I took my 90 year old dad to them when he lost his crown. Dr Ashley and staff were so patient, explained everything they were doing and ensured that he was comfortable! I definitely suggest Absolute Dental! read more

I would not recommend coming here if you need any work done. Patrick himself is great, but his office staff seems incompetent or they seem to be committing fraud. I asked the office staff specifically if work I needed done would be covered by insurance to which I was assured it was. This happened twice to me from this office. Only to get a bill from the office for thousands of dollars. I will never come here again. read more

Dr Calalang and his team are great. He has been my dentist for over 20 years and they provide personalized services. Heather and Susan are great dental hygienists. read more

My first appointment was a great experience! I didn't feel like Dr. Patrick was trying to sell me on any products or procedures, he was genuine and really just cared about my teeth being healthy. Macie was my Hygienist and she was great too! Very friendly staff. Definitely will be recommending this office to my friends and family. read more

The dentists and techs are amazing! the front desk people however look like they couldn't be bothered to help anyone. The phone rang and one of them said "Oh god no" before rolling her eyes and answering the phone. They openly complain to eachother in front of people in the lobby. pretty unprofessional read more

Seriously by far the greatest experience I've ever had with any dentist (possibly healthcare provider)...ever. Patrick and his team are amazing to work with. Who would know that I would walk out of that office hoping to get back? I mean, who wants to go back to their dentist? read more

The staff were professional and attentive. Everything is explained and the patient is allowed to make an informed decision. There is no heavy push for interventions if you are not ready for that decision. read more

My husband had his first appointment today and was so pleased with everything! The dentist "Patrick" is so personable & knowledgeable about what needed to be done for my husband. Spent quality time with him & that was so important as my husband is pretty cautious about his medical/dental providers! The assistant & his whole staff are so professional & welcoming! Dr. Calalang is gonna be our guy for our dental needs! We found him on Yelp, so thank you Yelp for posting the great reviews!! read more

Love visiting my favorite dental office! These guys are the best... I don't trust anyone else but Dr. Calalang and Staff. :-) read more

I was referred to absolute dental by a coworker and hadn't been to the dentist in two years, so I was nervous! Since the moment I called to make an appointment to my checkout my experience was great! Very Clean!! Sandy, the hygienist and Patrick are awesome and have ready scheduled my sixth month followup! read more

Patrick Calalang, DMD - Don't forget to say I referred you! Lol - General Dentistry Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

I had an Absolute-ly WONDERFUL first experience here! Patrick is so awesome. He's personable, caring and really wants to educate his patients on their teeth and proper care. Amy was my hygienist today and she was equally as wonderful. She advised me on little steps to take each day to maintain adequate dental health and things to look out for. No one has ever explained things this thoroughly to me. I really appreciate their attentiveness. They take the time you need to answer all of your questions. I am so happy that I found such a great dental clinic. Even though this clinic is an hour south of my house, I have already decided this is the clinic for me. I moved to Phoenix a year ago and have been in the market for a new dentist. I am so pleased to have found them!! read more

The dentist maybe good but their billing sucks. They sent my bill to collection after they called me once while I was at work and did not have my insurance card with me. I never got an email or a physical bill. Instead I got a notice from collection. They will be paid. But I will not come back. read more

Great dentist, great staff and great office. Everyone is super professional and personable. I don't care to go to the dentist but the folks at Absolute Dental make the experience a positive one. I have sensitive teeth but Absolute has a gentle touch and I have never had a painful experience here. These guys are for sure the place I will be giving my business to for years to come. read more

Best Dentist & Staff! I love Dr. Patrick & Staff. Wish I wouldn't have moved so far away but won't be changing now. Responsive, knowledgable, kind, caring,& professional. Dr. Patrick is up to date & will do whatever he can but also not step outside his wheel-house which is appreciatd since we all have strengths, nice to have someone say when they won't do it all - speciality is appreciated. I recommend to anyone & everyone especially if your afraid of dentist, you won't be after Dr. Patrick, promise! read more

Patrick is an amazing, caring dentist! I recently broke the front off my veneer. I called later Thursday night and left a message not expecting to hear from his office until the next day or even the following Monday. Heather, my amazing dental hygienist called me back right away! She said they were going to continuing education classes the next day. The office was closed. Patrick could meet me at 6:30am to fix my tooth. Although I have been coming to their office for almost 20 years I never expected such service. My embarrassment was definitely considered an emergency to them. Patrick fixed my tooth the next morning and I could continue my life without a jack-o-lantern smile! Whenever I go to this office I feel like I am visiting dear friends. They have actually become my friends! I look forward to going to the dentist. They remember my kids, husband friends I have referred! They share their families with me, I always leave with clean teeth and a full heart! Thank you Patrick, Heather, Amy, Stacy and all the newer staff I haven't had the honor of getting to know yet! You all truly make my experience amazing! read more

I would think twice before going here. I walked out. The dentist is probably pretty good but his staff is not. Friends walking to the back where patients are at. Whispering and behaving like high schoolers. Not a professional environment and certainly not safe. Anyone can walk back where patients are at. Thanks for leaving your comment. It's been awhile since I posted thisHowever...no sign language... read more

I have been going to this office for well over ten years. Even when I lived in North Phoenix, I made the trek to their office because I was so happy with them. I have referred numerous friends and family. Dr. Calalang (although he tells everyone to call him Patrick) is a great dentist. At the end of the day, your teeth are clean and you feel like you have had a nice visit with friends. Each of the dental hygienists are fabulous. I hate to floss. I admit it. They know this. Although they remind me regularly to do so, they don't needle me because they know it is useless. Not only is the staff (all of them) absolutely lovely, they are efficient. I have never been taken back late (although I have been late more than once). They are detail oriented and take the time to educate you. Lastly, not only are they great at general dentistry, they are mindful of the community as a whole. Often times, they are collecting canned foods, bottle of water etc. for a valley nonprofit in need. Having been in the nonprofit world professionally, I have seen this office give generously many times which always speaks volumes to me. Anyway, I highly suggest you consider this office. You will be delighted from the moment you call to the moment you leave after your cleaning. They truly are a cut above the rest! read more

Called the office to see if they accepted my insurance they said yes I asked if they were in my network and they said if your insurance lets you pick the doctor then yes...but they could of just say NO...i used there service just to find out later my insurance wasn't covering it so I'm stuck with a huge bill over 4000..wish they would of been thrutful from the beginning read more

It had been a while since I had gone to a dentist, so I was a little nervous to trust someone new. From the moment I walked in, I felt very welcome and everyone in the office was super helpful. The doctor and the person who did my cleaning were both extremely thorough and answered any questions that I had. I felt comfortable and really appreciated the time that the doctor took to make sure that I understood my options so that I could make the best decision for myself to achieve the perfect smile that I've been wanting! Thank you so much, I've definitely found the new dentist for our family! read more

Patrick and his staff are such great and genuinely caring people! I have had so many dental issues since I was in my teens and I've learned that it is so hard to find great dentists that are genuine and honest. Patrick is so down to earth; he makes everyone feel comfortable and I can easily confide him with all my past dental history. He will talk you through any procedures or work that can be done until you are satisfied with your decision. He's truly the best! Patrick's dental hygienist Heather is seriously the best too; she is so nice and very thorough with everything she does. She is gentle and makes sure you are always comfortable the whole time she is working with you. Heather was so patient and made sure all my teeth were squeaky clean no matter how long it took! I would recommend Absolute Dental to all my friends and family!!! read more

I have my own Dentist. I also had pain in #19...that darn number 19! When I recently made my way back from out of town, I scheduled a visit to my Dentist who, after an XRay, informed me that I needed a root canal and a crown. This is the Dentist who has taken care of me for 5 years, whom I trust. He referred me to a couple of specialists(endodontist) since roots were weird. After hearing the cost of said root canal, I started shopping around and a good friend of mine referred me to Patrick at Absolute Dental. They squeezed me in the next day between 2 other patients at the end of the day. (I was in an extreme amount of pain at that point, I hadn't been able to chew food for a couple days). From the minute I walked in the office on Guadalupe and Greenfield, I felt so comfortable, it felt right. I don't get this feeling often, and, I may as well tell you, I'm the most cynical person in the world. I don't trust anyone either. 5 minutes in a conversation with Patrick changed all that. He explained in detail after taking a couple quick xrays what the issues were that he saw, what the good scenario might be and the worst case scenario. Then came the news. The advice was that I didn't need a root canal. I didn't need to spend $2400 again. I went there prepared to spend close to that, and the main guy is talking me out of it!! WHAT??? Wait, pinch me! After an hour of cleaning up someone else's mistakes and a couple hundred bucks, I walked out a bit numb in the cheek and armed with a plan, and no pain. During the entire process I was asked if I was ok, and I mean, every minute...just a quick, Dave, are you ok?... It was perfect! I never felt that the doctor was in a hurry, or was rushing, even though I knew I was kind of an added on appt. It was amazing! Very professional! This has to be the most pleasant a visit to the Dental office can go for anyone, unless of course, you win the Dental Lottery, which, I don't think exists, but if it did, I just won!! I am just blown away by the honesty that this office displayed and the comfort level I was in throughout the whole process. You can do absolutely no wrong by going to Patrick and the great staff (Michelle, Joy, Amy, I think) at Absolute Dental, and that's all I have to say on the matter. (PS: they give you really cool sunglasses to wear during the treatment, that was my favorite) read more

Patrick and his team are so wonderful! I've used many dentists around the US and by far Absolute Dental has been my best dental experience. Patrick takes the time to pursue perfection, one of my front teeth had cracked and I couldnt afford to get a veneer. So he created a whole new tooth with just filling material. The shape, color, and placement of the tooth turned out perfect, you cant even tell its fake. I would highly recommend his dental services to anyone! read more

Normally when I have a good expirience at a business I keep it to myself or tell one of my friends. Absolute Dental however deserves a special mention. The whole office is very clean and tidy. The entire staff was friendly and the dentist, Patrick, was eager to answer any questions I had. I would also like to make special mention of the hygentist that cleaned my teeth. Kelly did an exceptional job. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my expirience. If you need a dental office, come here. If you need your teeth cleaned, ask for Kelly. read more
