I moved all my appointments for this one and it never happened. Wow! Patrick came out and installed a new ice maker. He happened to have the right one in the truck. He gave us the option of doing the water tests and waiting a day to see if it would work, or putting in a new ice maker. Absolutely no pressure from him. We choose the new ice maker route because we have been buying ice for 6 months and were impatient. Glad we did. Because Patrick had the right ice maker he was in and out within 30 mins. Okay I have to leave a review Patrick and Carrie came out 2 years ago to fix our viking wine fridge and old me to order a thermostat for it that it would be allot less cost on amazon so we did then I got really sick and did not call them for 2 years then I called them and they came out and tried to get the wine fridge working for 3 or 4 hours and Patrick said he just can't fix it the compressor was shot he tried everything else so I expected him to give me a bill he did not do that he just said I can't give you a bill if I did not fix it I was speechless and gave him some beer and shrimp because I wanted to give them something I mean he stayed almost 4 hours and got nothing in return and they do not know me So all I can say is that these guys are really honest and nice. Carrie was so great, she even scrubbed down the surrounding area around the water heater, so it's super clean and I could not be more pleased. They are super friendly, experienced and efficient. Patrick is awesome! My refrigerator was leaking water on the floor. He first repaired the leak, then noted that the shut-off valve was falling apart, a possible future problem. My wife and I returned home from our vacation and found that are dryer has stopped working I call several appliance repair companies and found that no one could come out for seven days to two weeks and my wife wanted the unit fixed immediately. I had never used Patrick's before, after calling him he said he would come out that same day and see if he can repair my dryer. I was very impressed with his professionalism as the first thing he did was to a troubleshooting protocol informed me there were several possibilities that could be causing the problem but he felt that it would be a minor repair after disassembling the unit and checking each component he found that the bearings on the drum of the dryer were not turning freely. He regreased these bearings and reassemble the unit after making sure that it would turn on and run properly. He also cleaned both the inside of the dryer and all the components as well as the vent system from the dryer to the exterior of the house. He was there for over three hours making sure that the unit worked properly after the repair. His charge was extremely reasonable to where I actually added a tip to it. I would never hesitate to contact Patrick's any time I need an appliance repair. read more
