We are so blessed to have Patrick's Appliance in the Five Cities area. These days trying to find an honest company that won't take advantage of you is getting harder to find. My dryer wasn't drying the clothes & after trouble shooting it on the Internet, I called Patrick. He came out, turned my dryer on, checking the outside venting & it wasn't blowing through much at all. He took the vent hose off & it was blowing from my dryer. He told me about a dryer vent system that I could pick up at Miner's (which I did for $16.99) he didn't charge me anything. Thank you Patrick for being one of the HONEST, GOOD GUYS! read more

Responsive, on time, reasonable rates, and very helpful and honest. Patrick went above and beyond to repair my washer and I'll use him again and recommend him. read more

Called for dishwasher repair. Scheduled estimate for the very next day (tomorrow) which is AWESOME. Will follow up after repair. So far so good ! read more

They came out the same day. They knew what was wrong and fixed it promptly. Their fee was very fair. Pretty much all we could ask for.

Wow! Patrick came out and installed a new ice maker. He happened to have the right one in the truck. He gave us the option of doing the water tests and waiting a day to see if it would work, or putting in a new ice maker. Absolutely no pressure from him. We choose the new ice maker route because we have been buying ice for 6 months and were impatient. Glad we did. Because Patrick had the right ice maker he was in and out within 30 mins. Very pleased to have him do the work. Will recommend him! Thanks! read more

I was told the appointment was going to be between 11:30 and 1. At 1:15, I called because no one showed up. Bby 2:30, I had to leave to pick up my kids from school. I moved all my appointments for this one and it never happened. I understand that people run behind with their jobs, but a simple call to let me know would be courteous, but they didn't even do that. read more

Okay I have to leave a review Patrick and Carrie came out 2 years ago to fix our viking wine fridge and old me to order a thermostat for it that it would be allot less cost on amazon so we did then I got really sick and did not call them for 2 years then I called them and they came out and tried to get the wine fridge working for 3 or 4 hours and Patrick said he just can't fix it the compressor was shot he tried everything else so I expected him to give me a bill he did not do that he just said I can't give you a bill if I did not fix it I was speechless and gave him some beer and shrimp because I wanted to give them something I mean he stayed almost 4 hours and got nothing in return and they do not know me So all I can say is that these guys are really honest and nice. Patrick is awesome! My refrigerator was leaking water on the floor. He first repaired the leak, then noted that the shut-off valve was falling apart, a possible future problem. He went out & bought the necessary parts, replaced the valve and life is good. All for a reasonable cost. Call him: you will be happy! read more

Excellent customer service. Highly recommend them. It is hard to find someone with such integrity. What we thought was an issue was an easy fix that cost absolutely nothing. read more

Patrick and Carrie were fantastic. They saved me when I had no hot water. They came within hours of my call and replaced my hot water heater the same day. Carrie was so great, she even scrubbed down the surrounding area around the water heater, so it's super clean and I could not be more pleased. They are super friendly, experienced and efficient. Reasonable prices too. You can't beat them. I will definitely be referring to the hand refrigerator magnet they left with their business phone number. Go the Patrick's Plumbing, you can't go wrong. They even do appliance repair so keep that in mind. This is an awesome business. read more

My dryer was making a rattling sound and they did an amazing job fixing it. No new parts needed but they had discovered a string was tangled up and was the root of the problem. They are very dedicated and I would totally recommend them!! read more

Called them on a Saturday about parts for a dryer and they helped me go through and troubleshoot the problem over the phone. They didn't have the part in stock, but they told me where I could get it. Wish I could have bought the part from them, but the wife wanted the dryer fixed that day. Great service and I highly recommend them. read more

Your review helps others learn about great local businesses. My wife and I returned home from our vacation and found that are dryer has stopped working I call several appliance repair companies and found that no one could come out for seven days to two weeks and my wife wanted the unit fixed immediately. I had never used Patrick's before, after calling him he said he would come out that same day and see if he can repair my dryer. I was very impressed with his professionalism as the first thing he did was to a troubleshooting protocol informed me there were several possibilities that could be causing the problem but he felt that it would be a minor repair after disassembling the unit and checking each component he found that the bearings on the drum of the dryer were not turning freely. He regreased these bearings and reassemble the unit after making sure that it would turn on and run properly. He also cleaned both the inside of the dryer and all the components as well as the vent system from the dryer to the exterior of the house. He was there for over three hours making sure that the unit worked properly after the repair. His charge was extremely reasonable to where I actually added a tip to it. I would never hesitate to contact Patrick's any time I need an appliance repair. read more
