What was most frustrating was the lack of accountability afterward. Once corporate payment had already been processed, communication completely stopped. My calls and text messages were never returned. Good contractors stand behind their work and maintain communication even after payment is received. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. The following day Alex came out to my house to do the final measurements and finalized my order. I was explained the process the day prior by Melisa (I think that was her name, sorry) and she answered all my questions (plenty). Alex also explained to me the work in detail. My order was delayed (COVID) but was kept informed at all times. Upon delivery of my door I was given the choice to come in and inspect but they assured me that they do their own quality check. Installation was scheduled and Roger came out to my home to install. I have recently done lots of jobs on home and I am beyond surprised of the work Roger did.
