Once the appliances were delivered I contracted a appliance technician to connect the oven for me and test it out and was told the oven doesn't work no gas to the pilot and one of the burners doesn't light. Contacted Peoples and was told there was no warranty. I was put on hold and requested a call back and newer received one. Spent $4,000 not to a call back. I would not recommend buying anything used from there.

I do quite a bit of cakes, so I try to come here for my cake boxes and boards. Where the small/local businesses will charge me $1.25/cake box, Restaurant Depot essentially charges $.10/cake box. But, that means you have to buy a quantity of 100 to get that price. I also like to pick up spices, cannoli shells, dairy products (milk, heavy cream, mascarpone & cream cheese), and bakeware/utensils. I recently discovered that GFS also sells the 48 oz logs of Philadelphia cream cheese and they happen to about $.50-$1.00 cheaper than RD. GFS is closer to me than RD, so it was a great discovery for me to make. So I guess just keep in mind that they do sell products in bulk at a discount, but you might be able to find what you're looking for at GFS for the same or a better price. When you're in business, everything little bit makes a difference - from mileage to % of savings. They have pretty much anything you can think of. Packaging. Cleaning supplies. Produce. Ice cream. Bakeware. Cookware. Chef coats. Restaurant equipment. Seriously everything - except Sweetex. Disappointing.
