They took away the garbage/boxes and plastic wrap which was great! We just had to clean up a little bit of styrofoam little pieces and windex the tops and underneath of the glass. I do have to be honest with the ordering process and wait time. We ordered these tables in November 2025 and the delivery time and date kept getting pushed back and back even though we were told we would get them quickly when we purchased them in the Wexford store. Our salesperson was really nice and it wasn't her fault. They get some of it from the warehouse in another town where the shipments arrive at. So between when we ordered them and when we got the tables today, has been over 2 months. Just know that you might have a bigger wait time for your order.

She worked until close of the store but provided us her number to reach her if we had any question's. Anytime I sent her a message she always responded or followed up with me. We decided on ordering a couch but she was not working and another worker assisted us. It was a special order that took two months to come in, when it was delivered I immediately knew it was wrong. I messaged Neva, she reviewed the order and saw the one piece was ordered incorrectly. She reviewed with a manager and had it reordered correctly. She was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend her for any furniture needs, she was amazing and always responds when you contact her.

Each time we have gone in, we had specific pieces in mind and ultimately purchased the items on that day. That being said, we struggled to get help from consultants. The first time, the store was busier and we were fine with that. But the second time, we had asked for help with looking at rugs and fabric for a piece we we were purchasing. The saleswoman was very short with us and really didn't offer to show us items or give any information. I'm not sure if she was busy, but we were one of the only people in the store. I don't want to assume intentions, but my husband and I look quite young, so maybe we weren't seen as serious customers (even though we were adding on to a previous purchase). I hate writing negative reviews, and really only came to say that the store manager, Michael really made up for the experience and he is why I'm ultimately writing a positive review and actually purchased multiple items. Michael saw us looking at the rugs we had previously inquired about with another consultant. He went to check if there were more in stock, and helped us make a decision on which to purchase. He also revisited the fabric with us and helped us by bringing it into different lighting so we could get a better sense of the colors. He gave good insight on ways we could style the bed frame given the color of the fabric. He was also super personable and remembered us from a previous visit. He made the experience enjoyable when we otherwise kind of felt like a nuisance. I just wanted to give him a shout out and to say thank you! We are really excited for the pieces to arrive!

When we were ready to spend $35,000, their attitude completely changed. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, my wife and I thought we might have been mistaken. However, a month after our purchase, our furniture arrived, and one of the consoles was damaged. We assumed it could have been transportation damage. Then, my daughter sat on an accent chair, and the color transferred from her clothing. We were shocked, especially since we had paid extra for care protection. The next day, I went to the store and complained to an employee. Her response was, "Don't let your daughter sit on the furniture." It was the most horrible, rude, and ugly response I had ever heard. I controlled my anger and asked, "I can tell my daughter not to sit, but how about our guests? Should I tell them the same thing?" That same day, I emailed customer service about the incident and got no reply. After a week, I sent another email stating they should either come and take the furniture back or I would dispute the charge. I got an immediate response requesting pictures. After sending the pictures, I received no further communication, so I disputed the charge. A month later, I got a letter stating I owed them money. I emailed again, requesting copies of all voicemails. I then received a call from the store manager, Nicole, to schedule a pickup. They eventually collected the furniture. Now, they have sent a letter from a debt collection agency stating I owe them money which i don't as they picked up their furniture. 1)Their substandard quality does not match their high prices. 2)They lack ethics and professionalism. 3)They only respond to threatening emails.

I have shopped inside this store a couple of times in recent years. The store looked to be organized and clean. The selection of products was large. The quality and prices of the products were moderate, not cheap or expensive. During my most recent visit, I waited only a couple of minutes in line at the cash register. The cashier rang up my item, and then he stared at me without saying anything. I asked him what the total price was, and then he told me. At the end, he did thank me and wish me a good day. I am knocking off one star because I buy only some things here, and I have not yet filled up my shopping cart.

We realized that La-Z-Boy isn't inexpensive, but we were blown away to see that she was recommending furniture that was way out of the question for our budget. We still spent nearly twice the amount we had in mind, but no matter, it was quality furniture, so we placed our order with the salesman, Mark. We then waited seven weeks for it to be delivered, and when it finally arrived, the one recliner in the sofa was a little hard to recline, but the delivery guy said it just needed to be "broken in." He was right about the broken part because it immediately got stuck in the reclining position. Not only that, but the four chairs we ordered for our new cafe table were too high (they were bar height instead of counter height) and therefore unusable. So, we contacted Lexy, and she said that she would take care of the problem, but we'd have to contact the service department about the broken recliner, and that we should also contact Mark. We contacted the service department and were scheduled for a next-day visit--THEY DIDN'T SHOW. We called and left a message to have Mark call us--HE NEVER DID. Lexy was going to take care of the chairs--SHE HAS YET TO CONTACT US with any information. We called the service departments again, and after some negotiation, managed to get them to schedule us. I guess we'll continue to wait for Lexy and Mark to reach out. In the meantime, be careful of La-Z-Boy Cranberry. We were so wrong in assumiing that a premium price would equal premiium service. The entire La-Z-Boy Cranberry experience has completely drained us of our excitement over new furniture. Our original order was placed on March 23rd and we still (June 12th) don't have our chairs or even an approximate delivery date. So, we have four bar-height chairs that we can't use and have yet to hear from Lexy or Mark.
