I decided to contact hills and see if they could possibly order this particular flooring choice, and install it for me from the get-go he said yes they could. But yet he brought out more samples from the store when he came to do my estimate. Trying to persuade me to choose one of these options. I kindly told him no that I had already chosen what I wanted, and if he could not order it in, I would go elsewhere. He reassured me that he could order it in for me. When I contacted him to accept the estimate and schedule an install, he told me it would be a 6 to 8 week wait I wasn't too keen on this, but I was willing to be patient. Well on the phone with me he mentioned that when I came out to make my deposit, he would show me other options for my flooring. He was very adamant about purchasing it from his store. I decided to take my business elsewhere. he was very inconsiderate and continuously wanted to go against what I wanted as a consumer. Seemed very unprofessional to me. I will be taking my business out of town.

If I could give zero stars I would. Their installers cracked the backsplash of our granite countertop and never said a word. The installers just filled in the crack, glued it to the wall and called it a day. When our tile installer came the next day he was the one who found it. I didn't go over the entire job because I expected a professional install. I contacted ItalGranite to report it and they instantly tried blaming the tile installer for breaking the backsplash. We were put off for 2 weeks and no one showed up to address it. I had pictures to prove the crack was there right after install. So either they never asked the installers about the job or the installers lied. Either way nothing was ever done. And at this point I would never let them back in my house!

Installation was super fast, the team showed up on time at 8:30 and were done by 11:30. They didn't leave any mess behind and I was able to put our clothes in immediately. UPDATE: We also had our pantry done and got rid of a crummy wire rack that made everything difficult to access and items constantly topple over.
