It was my first time in Plattsburgh, NY as I was coming from Saint Albans, VT and although it was freezing when I got out of the car, Dee's warmth/friendliness made up for it lol There was no wait whatsoever as the waiting room was empty upon my arrival. It was also very clean and decorated very cutely for the Christmas holiday. Dee just made my experience very pleasant overall. You never know how a blood draw will go and she made the registration aspect, seamless, quick, and efficient. I am not sure what the experience would have been like if the waiting room was packed, but I felt grateful I was essentially in and out. She also had great technique when drawing my blood. It didn't really hurt that much. I much prefer that over doing a finger prick on my own for those at home tests which I have done before and am a fan of...it's just that pricking yourself with the lancet is scary sometimes and boy do they sometimes hurt. Anyhow, I do recommend this location. Great service. It was quick, efficient, and the technician was very amicable and professional:) Thank you Dee for your service.
