I felt like they did a better job then if I had went to my doctor ! I did not feel rushed in anyway ! Good job and thank you ! I went back to get the stitches removed 10 days later ! The customer service was definitely not as good as my first visit! They seemed shorthanded and the wait time was long ! They put me in the room for the doctor to come remove my stitches and I waited forever !!!!! I thought they had forgot me ! He came in ! I was struggling to even get through meals and my intrusive thoughts due to my mental health situation at the time and was basically told that it was all my fault and that I wasn't doing enough to get better. I genuinely tried to see life in a different manner and the fact that Dr. Bailey (Alexis M. Bailey) made it harder to see that shows the hypocrisy in her promises to help and support the adolescent. I was told such rude remarks SPECIFICALLY and mainly by her (the psychiatrist on my team btw) and everything I said had a disrespectful comeback from her. I was reminded over and over that it was a voluntary program, therefore I left the facility and told everyone I knew that was struggling to never go there. I was struggling to extreme lengths and was not met with any support by anyone there, especially not by my team. Not to mention they bring in, like, over ten students to watch and take notes of your sessions with your team, which were filled with no supportive efforts by your own team, which made me feel so humiliated and embarrassed to the point where every meeting was filled with me being berated and hiccup-crying the entire time. If you are struggling, definitely choose somewhere else, as they only made me feel worse about myself and decided to drop me and send me to a residential program because they didn't know what to do about my eating disorder. If your kid is going inpatient, there is probably some levels of trauma in your kid that factored in this decision, and if you have "Dr. Bailey" as your psychiatrist, be prepared to be completely invalidated, ESPECIALLY if your situation is more "complicated" than a "couple steps to success."

They pushed me to the patient portal, but there is no way of removing authorizations from your account there. The run-around is truly horrific customer service. Beware.

I went to the emergency room to pick up medication for a serious injury and FOR NO REASON…read moreWHATSOEVER the security guards body slammed me, beat me into oblivion, smashed my head against the concrete so bad my face was unrecognizable, and instead of treating me, they locked me alone in the psych ward for months and refused to let me talk to a lawyer, and would not let me out until the day my face healed and there was no evidence- after SEVERAL MONTHS. They also stripped me completely naked several times to try and show my injury wasn't real (though it was clearly all over my legs and no reason to be stripped naked for it) and of course I have never done drugs in my life so after informing me my results were all clear they falsified the medical records/ police reports to say I tested positive for drugs. The staff terrorized me in the ward, taunted me about what the security guards did to my face, threatened to do worse and made so many outrageously false allegations against me in the medical records I don't even know how to handle it. It ruined my life and I am still looking for a lawyer to help with this nightmare.

When my husband would go there for a bad cold he would sit for over a hour waiting to see somebody. Recently my husband had to have surgery and needed a routine physical. They said they weren't his primary. He has been dealing with many other medical problems and they have received all paperwork. They told him you have to come once a year which he didn't know and they never once reach out to him telling him this. They refused to see him. His doctor he was assigned was Dr. Beach, yet he has never met the man. He is always too busy with diabetes patients. Horrible medical practice. Please do yourself a favor and go to a doctor that is going to care about their patients.

They hire people and staff who can't answer questions or know what they are doing. They constantly tell you they will call you back because they can't answer your question and then they don't call you back. Then - when you need just a BC refill they make you leave a voicemail then they don't call it in or call you back. I also was in for a routine check up once and two of their staff couldn't even draw blood and caused major bruises and bleeding. Took them 30 minutes to draw blood. I would recommend going to an actual Obgyn or doctor who knows what they're doing or else you will be sorry.
