I felt like they did a better job then if I had went to my doctor ! I did not feel rushed in anyway ! Good job and thank you ! I went back to get the stitches removed 10 days later ! The customer service was definitely not as good as my first visit! They seemed shorthanded and the wait time was long ! They put me in the room for the doctor to come remove my stitches and I waited forever !!!!! I thought they had forgot me ! He came in ! They said they weren't his primary. He has been dealing with many other medical problems and they have received all paperwork. They told him you have to come once a year which he didn't know and they never once reach out to him telling him this. They refused to see him. His doctor he was assigned was Dr. Beach, yet he has never met the man. He is always too busy with diabetes patients. Horrible medical practice. Please do yourself a favor and go to a doctor that is going to care about their patients.

By far one of the worst clinics ever. I love planned parenthood but the one in Plattsburgh is…read moreabsolutely horrible. They hire people and staff who can't answer questions or know what they are doing. They constantly tell you they will call you back because they can't answer your question and then they don't call you back. Then - when you need just a BC refill they make you leave a voicemail then they don't call it in or call you back. I also was in for a routine check up once and two of their staff couldn't even draw blood and caused major bruises and bleeding. Took them 30 minutes to draw blood. I would recommend going to an actual Obgyn or doctor who knows what they're doing or else you will be sorry.
