They also do not provide you with a receipt suitable for you to submit to your insurance. The receipt that I was given did not even list the name of my provider. In addition, no one there was anywhere close to friendly. It was one of those instances where it appeared. Everybody hated their jobs. I had to use the bathroom to provide a urine specimen. I used the last few squares of toilet paper, and there was no new roles to be found. The toilet would not flush. After I soaked up my hands, I turned the water on to find it came out less than a trickle, basically running down the porcelain of the sink. I was so disgusted. The visit itself was $150, the specimen was $25. I most definitely do not recommend this facility.

The first staff member was lovely, but the doctor who came in was extremely condescending. I was like yeah, no shit, I don't want to be on antibiotics if I don't need them, but he was treating me like I was being drug seeking for antibiotics. I was wearing a mask because it said on the door to put one on if you had respiratory symptoms, so I wonder if he's just one of those doctors that doesn't like people that still wear masks when they're sick after covid (?) The part that actually really bothered me was when he asked me what medications I was taking, and I told him I'm on spironolactone for acne, and he pretty just much looked me up and down and told me well you should go on Accutane. I was trying to be polite, so I said I'd just started spironolactone and wanted to give it a shot. And he was like "Accutane would work wonders." I thought this was really unprofessional.
