The staff are also more friendly than they were in the past. But what I like most is the Quest app. Booking an appointment in the app is quick and easy, and I get my results usually within 24 hrs. I can also see all my past test results quickly in the app. I have also found Quest to be much cheaper then having blood test done in the hospital.

Went in around 5 (they're open until 5:30) and was seen immediately, very friendly phleobotomist who was willing to chat with me, as I am talkative everywhere I go. I even asked if she could use a smaller needle which she unfortunately couldn't due to the sample I needed, but she would have otherwise. My husband also went to this same site about 2 weeks later and had an equally quick experience. Both times were way faster than at Quest, where I usually have to wait in line. Easy parking in a lot, as well.

Don't do what I did which was not paying attention to what I was doing. I arrived at my appointment early. I swiped the bar code I saved on my phone and it wasn't taking....so I tried numerous times, I put my license in when it asked for that numerous times, hit restart and kept trying over and over. There is no one at a reception desk because there is no reception desk and no one else was waiting in the waiting room so I was free to make a fool out of myself for quite a while. I got a message that they did not have an appointment for me. I got a message did I want to make an appointment for another day or later that day but I had to wait an hour in a half if I wanted one that day which I did not want to do of course. I was frustrated. All of a sudden this blonde phlebotomist, Judy, came out. She was like an angel coming threw the doors. She said someone mentioned I was having a problem and I thought ugh...someone actually saw me doing this? She told me I did not have the right address. I was expecting to get thrown out. But she took me right in. Then we had an issue that my doctor had not forwarded the form. No problem, she called him and got it. Judy was so helpful, compassionate, patient, great to talk to, very professional, and it was obvious to her that making people happy was something she did. I would absolutely recommend this location. We made an appointment online and this was the only location whose system worked. Parking was kind…read moreof scarce in the front lot but there's more parking in the other side. We arrived at our appointment time of 10:30. The check in kiosk gives you the option of waiting in the waiting room or outside. The screens were giving everyone a hard time. I'd suggest tapping lightly. The waiting room was packed and they were still calling a four people for 10:20. There was also one 10:30 appointment ahead of us. The waiting room was clean and smelled pleasant. The seats were okay. We had a lot of laughs and good convos while we waited. The techs were apologetic and everyone in the waiting room was so patient. Someone in the waiting room informed us that 2 people were out so there were 2 replacements. Not sure if we got a replacement but she struggled to find my daughters vein. She was moving the needle around in one arm with no success. Before I began to get frustrated she did the other arm and was successful. Not sure I'd go again. If I did it I would anticipate having a long wait.

Today I brought my 87-year-old mother who is very ill in for a simple blood test. I explained that as she is in a wheelchair and so ill, I can't guarantee any one day or time that she can keep an appointment, so we take it an hour at a time. We sat patiently in the waiting room for over an hour as patients were taken in up to 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment while my mother vomited into a trash bag. Although they were shorthanded, one of the techs still managed to take a lengthy break. Finally, after 1 1/2 wait there were no more patients in the waiting room. Still my mother sat while the two techs were behind closed doors. I knocked on the door to find out what the issue was and was told they were catching up on paperwork. They were also taking care of blood before it went "bad." We waited another 15 minutes before the 2-minute blood sample was taken. No one who works with ill and/or elderly people should be given a position such as this. The management needs to take a close look at who they hire and train them properly in the handling of patients. Karen G

In the room where…read morethey draw blood the garbage can was overflowing and entire floor was covered with used dirty gloves, syringes, blood tubes, those elastic straps that go around your arm, wrappers, plastic blue rings, and gauze. No exaggeration!! The lab tech was literally using her foot as a broom to sweep away a path on the floor so that I could walk to the chair through the biohazard. I commented on the health hazard and the lab tech took offense and told me it's not her job to clean or take out the garbage and if I don't like it, that I can leave. To which I did. This was at 9:30am. I can't imagine what the place looked like at the end of the day! I called CT state health department, and Quest headquarters. A supervisor called back and apologized for the experience. I'm not sure what was done to inspect and improve the situation but I would never go back there again. So gross. On top of the filth, I experienced a long wait time, even with scheduled appointment. The link that was text to me to check in did not work so I had to go into the building to manually check in; again, a lot of people crammed in the waiting room (which smelled like someone was heating fishy leftovers in the microwave).

I went 4/5/26 for my yearly physical fasting BW for an appointment time that wasn't even convenient…read moreto begin with but it was the earliest time available for weeks. I questioned why only one vile of blood was being drawn as I was having several yearly tests done, and there's always been more than one vile of blood. I didn't realize until a few days later when I wasn't getting my results as speedily as I normally do that the tech only drew blood for a test that was added on only a few days before my regular bloodwork by the same doctor. I was supposed to also have several other tests completed that was ordered by the same doctor. This should not have happened and as soon as I questioned the tech on only one vile of blood, she should've realized the mistake. Now at my inconvenience, I have to make another appointment and have to fast again and won't have my blood work completed prior to my yearly physical. I'm very insensed by this because it's all very inconvenient and shouldn't have happened in the first place. Quite honestly because of this, somebody should have come to my house and draw my blood there or I should get an appointment at my convenience not quests. I requested this through Facebook messenger and was summarily dismissed. They acknowledged my several requests with a promise of a follow up and never followed up. Quest, you need to do better. If I could give you zero stars, I would.
