Any other site knows that happens that you might forget what you put for your favorite color. They are a scam, customer service is a joke. Ashley and Hein offered no solution, no refund, no promo code for a retake exam - NOTHING. I had to call the owner's law office (Jay Bhatt) and leave a message. I had to file State complaint reports for consumer complaints due to the nature of how they handled the situation and the setup of their site. RUN - RUN - RUN.

Makes me wonder what kickback Franks gets from this scam!!!! Very sketcy and shady tactics!!!

He did an excellent job of safely pushing her out of her comfort zone while making her feel secure. He challenged her in the right ways, gave constant feedback, and clearly explained what she needed to improve. Instead of letting her avoid what scared her, he helped her face it and build real confidence. Thanks to Ned, Amelia went from being a very nervous driver with no skills or understanding of what's required, to passing her road test after just about 8 lessons. Second one stated that it's best if I do the iniine class due to it coasting $25 with Labontes and it's free for tda. Today o called to tranafer and the lady told me o now have to pay a $55 fee. I didn't have the money today to pay it. I am a single mom fighting cancer and explained that. I asked for a manager, she would not stop being confrontational. she hung up on me and was so rude. The lady would not let me leave my number for a manger and would not stop yelling and attacking me. How do you Run a business treating people like dirt. Very sad as I did hear positive things . I use Quest Labs about six times a year, and have seen some good improvements since my last review…read more I always book an appointment, and I'm usually called in within 5 minutes of the appointment time. The staff are also more friendly than they were in the past. But what I like most is the Quest app. Booking an appointment in the app is quick and easy, and I get my results usually within 24 hrs. I can also see all my past test results quickly in the app. I have also found Quest to be much cheaper then having blood test done in the hospital.
