Your care, patience, and genuine love for the kids do not go unnoticed. You each created such a meaningful bond with my children, and that connection is something every parent hopes for but doesn't always find. We transferred our son from another school, and the difference has been like night and day. He became more confident, happy, and excited to learn. Seeing that transformation reassured us we made the right decision. Now both of our sons attend this school, and it has been such a blessing. Our oldest is graduating TK this year, which is such a special milestone for our family. We've been part of this school since September 2024, and we truly appreciate the positive environment and support we've experienced throughout. Thank you for pouring into our children and making this season so meaningful for them - and for us as parents.

From the moment we…read morearrive, she is always so welcoming, and friendly, and she greets us with a big smile that immediately makes me feel comfortable leaving my baby in her care. Ms. Carina is very professional, attentive, patient, and caring. I can tell that she genuinely loves what she does and takes pride in caring for the babies. She is always attentive to my baby's needs and makes sure he feels safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout the day. One thing I especially appreciate is how she takes the time to communicate with me. She always explains how my baby's day went, including how he ate, slept, behaved, and anything else I should know. That communication means so much to me as a mom because it gives me peace of mind knowing exactly how my baby is doing while I'm away. She is dependable, kind, positive, and always treats both the babies and parents with warmth and respect. Her patience and loving personality truly make a difference. I feel very comfortable knowing my baby is with someone who genuinely cares about him. Ms. Carina is truly a wonderful addition to the ABC Center. I feel very fortunate that my baby gets to be under her care, and I know she brings something very special to the center. Thank you, Ms. Carina, for everything you do and for taking such good care of my baby. You are truly appreciated!

No school nurse, though they…read morewill conduct physical exams on your children without your knowledge, presence or permission. Be aware- THEY DO NOT HAVE WEEKEND OR AFTER HOURS CARE LIKE THEY ADVERTISE. On your tour, note the green snot dripping out of every child's nose. Caretakers do not wipe noses, sanitize hands or sanitize the toys and surfaces in the room. Hand foot and mouth, lice, and respiratory infections are running rampant at this center due to poor sanitation standards. The building has been next to a lake for over twenty years and is likely riddled with mold. However, the holiday decorations seem to be of the most importance. You will often see your child's teacher scraping paint off the windows, rather than engaging with your child. Try and see past the glitz and glamour and watch for signs of neglect. Request without notice to watch your child's potential classroom, or current room, on the video cameras available to the staff only. They charge for Christmas and New Years weeks when they are closed. They close an average two days per month and charge you for them leaving you without care for your child. Other additional charges: Late payment fee, missed punch fee, late pickup fee, staff development days (tuition collected, school closed), activity fees, "donations" that are charged to your account for their tax deductions. Teachers arrive late, do not show up at all, or are called off to condense rooms together to save on payroll. Children are often not with "their" teacher and ratios exceed the legal limits. Employee cards and parent punches are later adjusted by staff to appear within the law. I was late to work a dozen times to work because there was not adequate care at drop off in the mornings. Just an empty room. I requested a credit on my child's account and was screamed at on speaker phone in the office at drop off by the owner Angelina Anton, far from an Angel, "no, and your family is no longer a fit for our center, you need to leave now". That's how they handled opportunities to improve, they remove them. If you're looking for a Christ centered Daycare, this is not it. They play Christian music and lie to your face. These folks are doing dark work. ..they advertise a ratio of 1:4 for toddlers and most days the ratio is 1:12 or more! Twelve toddlers for one person to feed, change diapers, supervise on a playground, and give individual attention to. Most teachers are there because they receive free or discounted care for their own children, who are prioritized whilst paying children are neglected. At both locations my child was neglected for an entire eight hour day, as an infant, and a toddler. No diaper change, no food, no water. The staff, including both Directors and assistant directors take zero accountability for their mistakes, because they don't want to be sued. The first week my infant was at this center, he was not strapped into his high chair and fell down three feet on to his head. I was not called, he was not taken to urgent care for possible brain bleed. Pediatrician confirmed he was injured, school changed their story multiple times to avoid accountability. This place is great if you don't care about your child's well-being. The adults who attended this center as a child twenty years ago, refuse to enroll their own children here. That speaks volumes.

ABC also puts a lot of effort into their events and celebrations--they never skimp out on festivities. Everything is beautifully decorated. Parents are always welcomed and encouraged to join, which helps create a strong sense of community between families and staff. Another thing that stands out is how much they invest in their staff culture. Even on staff development days, the team seems positive and enthusiastic, and that energy carries over into how they care for the children. Overall, ABC is a loving and supportive place, and I'm very grateful my child gets to be part of it.

We are so blessed to have found Emily's Childcare!!…read more I had returned to working full time after my Maternity Leave had ended and we placed our then 4 month old baby at a well known daycare center in Temecula. We really did not interview any other daycare centers before hand because our oldest child had attended their Pre-K and Kindergarten programs. However, we quickly found that our baby was not doing well there. We tried giving this big daycare center several opportunities. We even wrote a very detailed document prior to having our exclusively breastfed baby at their care. I even showed them how to properly bottle feed the breastfeed baby and yet they insisted in over feeding my baby and even suggested that many of their infant mothers send formula for their babies in their care. It got to the point that our baby was not taking long enough naps (15 min at the most) . . . We even met with the Director were we expressed our concerns and she simply told us that perhaps her center was not the place for our baby. We removed our baby from the big center and decided to go with Emily's Childcare. Right away we felt that Emily listened and cared that I wanted to continue to breastfeed our baby even though I worked full time. She read and viewed the videos that showed her how to paced bottle feed the breastfeed baby. My baby is now almost 8 months old as of 10/15/15 and he is still receiving only my pumped milk at Emily's and at home he nurses exclusively like a champ and there is no bottle to nursing confusion. I thank Emily for the success that I continue to have in breastfeeding my baby. In regards to naps, Emily has a dedicated nap room where all the children have their own individual nap cribs/pack-n-plays to sleep in. Since day 1, our son has been napping really well under Emily's care. There has been days when our baby takes naps longer than 2.5 hours!! I thank Emily for listening and actually caring about our baby and putting him down for naps. Furthermore, Emily is excellent at communicating/logging our baby day's activities (such as the times he has napped, the number of bottles/ounces, the number of wet and/or soiled diapers as well as the time the diaper changes occurred, and if he had any solids given). Overall, our baby boy is happy every day he sees Emily and we are grateful to have found Emily who demonstrates love and care for our child when we are away at work.
