I enrolled for a MAB course at 4 am for a 12pm class. After…read moreenrolling they send an email stating I need a second person or else I can't take the class. Of course after seeing this I want to cancel but because of the 24 hour cancellation policy they will only give me 60% back on top of that they charged me $15 for giving back my refund. So I get back less than 50% for their unprofessionalism. They should have stated I needed a second person BEFORE purchase not after. Don't know why we need to waste other people's time for a class they won't even need and take away from any business they have during the day. I suggested I can demonstrate without a partner which should definitely suffice. They should not let people join a same day class if their policy is 24 hours for cancellation.
