I came to Carrie because I was feeling awful. During my sport (racquetball) I would get lightheaded and tired. During my day I would get an annoying brain fog. I had my blood work done and the Dr said everything looked good, and asked if I was getting enough sleep. I gave my results to Carrie, along with all my current supplements. She told me what was good, what to stop taking. She put me on a plan which included a cleans, foods to incorporate, and sold me some of her supplements. I followed her instructions to the T and I feel amazing. I think I went to her for about 4 or 5 months. Well worth the time and investment. I cant recommend her enough. Thank you Carrie read more

Ok... You know how it feels to meet someone that just gets it? Someone that is unapologetically passionate about what they do? No fluff, no BS. I was initially being assessed for ADHD primarily. What it has turned into is a full spectrum education on how the body works. What we should eat and of course what we should not. Have an issue with your body and/or mind? Carrie will find a solution for it. WITH FOOD. Can't or won't eat what she prescribed, well she probably has a supplement to still help your body get what it needs to heal ITSELF. Is "miracle worker" the appropriate title for Carrie? See for yourself. read more

I have been going to Carrie for 6 weeks now and she has completely changed my life. I had no idea how much sugar I was consuming and how much energy I could gain by just seeing an expert nutritionist like Carrie. I initially came to Carrie because I had stomach pain after eating and I was just always tired. I went to my primary care doctor and they told me I was just being dramatic about my stomach pain. As a physically active and "healthy" 26 years old, I did not believe these are issues that I should be looked at as normal. Carrie loves what she does, and you can see the passion with everything she goes over with you. She took into account my food preferences and made the transition to healthy living easy. I have not had bad gas or stomach pain since I have been seeing Carrie. On top of that, I wake up earlier now, energized! I never thought that was possible! Carrie is the best and I am so glad that I was referred to her! I could go rant for ever how great her services are. If you are thinking about changing your life and gaining energy, Carrie is the best person to see! read more

Carrie is fantastic! She helped my parents out very much: my dad had a serious health condition and after spending 10's of thousands of dollars seeing doctors and specialists and still not having any of them able to identify a genuine cause or cure for his illness, Carrie met with them and was able to identify a few potential dietary and health issues that seemed to be affecting their overall health. After about a month, he was seeing his symptoms reduced or eliminated altogether and is almost completely medication free now and healthier than he has been in a long times. Carrie isn't some weird witch doctor or magician and it's not all hype...she just really understands health and nutrition and also knows the nutrients and chemicals that naturally occur in food and can offer suggestions on how to make anywhere from small to major adjustments in your nutrition lifestyle that could have major benefits! If you're looking to a down to earth specialist who really knows her craft, respects her clients and gets results, Carrie should be your first call. read more

STOP DIETING. Call Path to Health. Now. Change the things you know you want to change about your health and body. This is not a yo yo diet plant, this is a way of living and getting to eat more food, foods you didn't think you could have and, surprisingly, learning to eliminate some foods you though were healthy - and they are the opposite. You may have think you've heard that before and know some of these foods. I guarantee she'll inform you of many more you wouldn't think of because we are all different and some foods are just not good - for your body type. She is your supporter, your coach; her knowledge on foods and how they effect the body is unbelievable. We are all so different, so no single "diet" can work for all of us. After 5 plus visits to the ER in 2018 for stomach cramping, digestive problems, diverticulitis and possible pancreatitis I had enough. I met Carrie in July 2019 and after several discussions and evaluations she was able to get me on enzymes for my digestion Aloe for inflammation and also a great probiotic. Zero visits to the ER since and no stomach issues unless I eat something I shouldn't. Nothing an extra enzyme doesn't take care of. She is truly amazing and her passion for her work and for others clearly shows. I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone seeking a healthier life. Thank You Carrie. read more

Awesome nutritionist why? Because she changed my health from what I eat so I can drop some pounds. I really feel better as one flight of stairs would just kill me and now I take them on with confidence. She gave me some simple suplements to take and it helped kick those mood swings and lack of energy at the end of the day. She also gave me food alternatives from my junk food to kick those sugar cravings. I also was experiencing some acne and skin iritations and I am not one to say this here but they are all cleared up. So I took my daughter to her to clear up her acne and it only took 6 weeks and she is just glowing now with confidence. Now I have to deal with her boyfriend lol. But she is super happy and that is all that matters. Thank you coach Carrie for kicking my but into shape and helping my daughter you mean the world to me and my daughter thinks your super cool. read more

Not only does she get good results with others, Carrie is an example of someone who has gotten healthy herself and handled unwanted conditions by using her own curriculum. Her formal background and knowledge of what to put into your body and to try to avoid (based on each individual's information) makes her valuable in a nation that's riddled with prescription drugs, unhealthy food additives and preservatives which results in unnecessary sickness. My 13 year old daughter suddenly began struggling with severe cystic acne and a hormone imbalance. We were desperate for solutions and help. Carrie helped us understand the problem from the inside-out and we have been able to successfully heal my teenager's acne! Her skin looks gorgeous now because of a few simple routines and dietary changes that Carrie suggested. Don't let your teenager suffer from the emotional and physical scars that acne can create. Over the course of a couple of months and several appointments with Carrie she offered her expert advice based on MY specific symptoms & dietary preferences. What she didn't do is offer a cookie cutter, one size fits all dietary program that most Drs. and Nutritionists would give you. Also, what Carrie didn't do is push or try to sell me expensive pills or supplements. Instead, she advised me to eat specific organic foods, make organic shakes, and make digestive tea, all with ingredients that I could easily purchase at Sprouts, Trader Joes, or Mother's Market. I also cut back on certain foods in my diet, chiefly meat. With Carrie's help, I made simple, regimented, effective changes to my diet that I still follow today. Carrie helped me improve my health and vastly improved the digestive issues that I was battling with for over 7 years. All done in a NATURAL way. No medicine. If your health and wellness red light is blinking, give Carrie a call. She'll take a soft and natural approach to help you heal yourself. read more

I can only echo what others have said. Carrie knows her stuff. I am fairly fit and consider myself to be fairly healthy, but there's never any harm in trying to improve. She provided a simple, yet comprehensive questionnaire that allowed her to get down to business. Based on her analysis she was able to determine I drink a fair bit of coffee (caffiene, but yeah, that's in coffee) and, rather than try to convince me to eliminate it, provided ways to supplement my diet to give my body the best means of working with it. Her personality is warm and inviting and I have since referred several friends and family her way; even the health nuts, and they too have been pleased with her work. read more

After an in depth conversation, Carrie knew exactly what I needed more of and less of in order to feel more clear-headed, energized and have better digestion.
