Great environment however when a person tells a lab tech, they need an experienced phlebotomist…read morethere is a reason for it. My veins roll and they are very small. Because of some tech's inflated ego, I experienced multiple sticks and then she kept moving the needle around inside my vein on my right arm (my right is my dominant hand). Extreme pain, bruising, and soreness even days afterwards. Finally, a more experienced tech took over (after all the torture) and went to the other arm. Afterwards, no bruising on my left arm, couldn't even tell where the needle hole was. My right arm looks like I have track marks. Not happy what-so-ever. Next time I will push back, this is ridiculous! Does this company hire brand new tech's so they can practice on patients??? Not good at all! Day of the blood withdrawal pic 1. Day 5 after my lab work, pic 2. Defiantly caused damage to my vein. It is still PAINFUL and as you can see looks like I have been abused. Will need to hear long sleeves to work.

However it was not needed and I was able to cancel it right from my phone. We chose this location because of their convenient Saturday hours. They have free parking, and a digital touch screen for checking in once you arrive. There is also an option to check in, and leave your phone number so you can wait in your car outside, but there were only 3 of us there so I did stay inside to wait. The wait time was not very long. While waiting I read that there is an option to register through their portal to receive labs directly to the patient. https://cpl.luminatehealth.com I required 5 different labs drawn for this appointment and am not entirely comfortable with needles /-: However, SONYA was friendly, kind, patient and skilled with the needle. I was very comfortable while she changed out the tubes, many tubes! I very much appreciated the friendliness of the staff, easy check-in, and this office was sparkling clean (-; Thank you for all your hard work, and keeping Saturday hours for our convenience. ttfn. , L.

I arrived to this location yesterday and was treated as rudely as possible. I was called to the front desk by someone who only used my first name, so I went up not sure if it was really for me. Immediately the woman working quickly asks what labs I am there for. I say I am actually there for a scheduled bioscreen for my employer. She then says some doctor's name so fast I couldn't understand and asks me if thats the name of my dr. I told her, I don't know because it's from my employer, who is out of state. She tells me I have to confirm yes or no who the doctor is on the order. When I again honestly say I do not know who the doctor is, she says they have to confirm the doctor's name directly from me so they know the order is for me. I already confirmed it is for me, stated it is a bioscreening etc and I am just being honest that I don't know the doctor's name. This person then tells me she is going to refuse me service. To which, yes I got upset! I am up there in front of an entire room of people and she wants to deny service for something I pre scheduled! Then another person at the desk tells me the same thing, then realizes I am upset, so finally rudely says to the other worker "just get her in and get her out." Afterwards when I sat back down, they make a loud announcement that they called their manager and everyone needs to know who is on the doctor orders. These people are so rude! Last year I registered for the same bioscreen at this location and by chance found out they were suddenly closed with no warning or notification they had closed for some random reason. I had to schedule a month later at a totally different lab. I will never go back to this location after the way I was treated yesterday. I thought healthcare workers were in the business to help, but all I received was attitude because I guess they didn't enjoy working on a Saturday morning. Btw, the woman who actually performed the bioscreen was great! Front desk...AWFUL!

I was happy to see that at 1:20PM... there was a 1:30PM and 1:40PM appointment for the same day. The clinic was in the on the same floor as my doctor's office which was very convenient. I arrived to the appointment at about 1:25PM since it was across the hall and was able to quickly check in via the kiosk as the mobile check-in process wouldn't allow a check-in more than 10 min early. The kiosk asked for my cell phone number, scanned my drivers license and my insurance card then I was good to go. Almost immediately after checking in, I was called back. The woman who called me back and was collecting the sample was very kind and careful and was easy to chat with. I really liked the staff at this clinic as well as how efficient they were (on-time for appointments).

Dr. Garza sent me here to get the stool containers. There were about 3-4 people in the waiting area and I was second in line. There was only 1 check-in kiosk. I was initially expecting that they would be quick and hand me one stool container. I was finally called in, shown 3 containers, and Angelica thoroughly explained what I needed to do. The reasons why I didn't rate the visit higher are the wait time and fewer check-in kiosks compared to LabCorp. Hopefully the process will be quicker when I come back.

She was just getting to the food & activity improvement when we were told that she found a new opportunity more suited to her desired future. We would not want to stand in her way, but she is SORELY MISSED! The food has been based on cheap & overused oil. Nothing can overcome the nasty oil being used! The protein is limited to mixer of meat, bone, & grizzle that ruins every dish. Occasionally there are suspect cuts of real meat with little relation to real meat. Most often the facility depends on slices of heavily processed meat rolls. The people cooking have no sense of how to season the food! There's far too much of chili powder & coriander, to the point that we can't consider eating the poorly seasoned compositions. A superior chef is sorely needed! The activities were exceptional with Jessica Trevino. Jessica was pushed to do the job of at least 2 people, which ruined activities. The new activity director has been given far more support from CNAs, but Jessica contributed wonderful food & activities above & beyond what is currently provided.
