Some attorneys may charge over $200 just to speak about the potential of working our file, which we thought was unreasonable, just to meet with us. Also, some receptionists/ legal secretaries were barking orders to me over the phone, which was very pushy, rude and off putting. We definitely didn't feel comfortable with these initial points of contact. If they act like this initially, I can't imagine the actual process. So, a personal friend who also is an attorney, recommended Roddy Bolanos, Esq. Our initial call, was with the receptionist, was very professional, warm and inviting. Having the fees explained in a detailed fashion, of which are reasonable, we appreciated her tone and communication right away. Upon our initial meeting. Karla, the legal assistant greeted us pleasantly, so far so good. William, the attorney we were assigned to, was very professional and down to earth. He explained everything in detail, answered all of our questions, made sure we understood all the particulars in applying and we felt he cares about what he does, helping people. With that instinct we found our attorney.
We followed the instructions of William with our application, & the office was on top of the timeline and the milestones within that timeline. Karla & William were efficient and to the point, also patient with us if we forgot something in the process, which we appreciated greatly.
