Aside from the bad advice to her client (like to fraudulently set me up for harassment and domestic violence charges - which fortunately never materialized because, well, i never harassed or committed anything close to resembling domestic violence!) she remained entirely unprofessional throughout the entire ordeal. Her correspondence and filings were laden with contradictions, misspellings and blatant grammatical errors. Worst of all though, while the courts will tell you, and my lawyer told me as well, that the children should always be first and foremost in all considerations, she actually operated contradictory to that. Her client actually weaponized the children. Throughout the whole process, while my attorney continually tried to settle and save on legal fees/assets, Evelyn again served to do the opposite. It wasn't until the ruling where the judge finally and definitively told them they were getting no more legal fees paid my by me that they were ready to come to the table. They filed countless, what should be considered frivolous, motions and lost on almost all of them, and definitively lost on all material motions. Her and her office were very unprofessional when discussing matters with my attorney - being rude and borderline insulting. For those not aware, this is NOT how attorneys are supposed to act towards each other - there's a professional courtesy and demeanor that is expected to be adhered by.
