I was unfortunately caught speeding (reckless/careless driving/speeding) by the major intersection right before you hop on to turnpike. (Never in the area, didn't know there were so many cops around the area.) I was referred by the friend I was visiting, and told me this is one of the best lawyers in town. (Beats me why he knew this information, didn't know he got into so much legal trouble.) So I proceeded and set up an appointment. All of the staff at the office was super pleasant, I sat down with a guy name Jay (I don't know if he's one of the main attorneys or not). He took his time out, literally broke down every component of the ticket I had received, gave me a best case scenario/worst case scenario, and HE GOT ALL MY POINTS REMOVED !!! He met up with me outside the court room, waited our turn, knew exactly how to handle the case to give me the best case scenario for what had happened. I would recommend Bhatt Law Group to anyone who got a ticket relative to vehicular accident. At first I was doubtful. They came across as scammer because they asked full payment before asking the circumstances of the ticket, the contract agreement section of early termination appeared off (it was not explained in prior conversation) and on the morning of the business day before the scheduled court Bhatt Law Group had yet to coordinate with me on what to do. I called anyway on Friday, a business day before the court date to inquire on what to do on court date. I was forwarded to another employee who informed me that Bhatt Law Group would be requesting to postpone the court date to the end of the month. Still doubtful at that point but everything went smoothly after that. Bhat Law Group did everything what I had been told thereafter. Devin Baer, esq., Samera and Lizet proved me wrong in my earlier impression. I hate traffic tickets! To me, going to court is like going to the dentist. It's just painful. I had a wonderful experience with this law firm. I called them and got one of the attorneys on the phone fairly quickly. They have some hip on-hold music. They walked me through my case and explained what I should expect at court. I called a few attorneys before I called them and the difference was that they didn't try to scare me or give me any false expectations. They seemed honest and straightforward. I hired them on the phone, provided my credit card info, and let them do their job. I received a retainer agreement and my receipt by email. Their retainer agreement is long and a bit confusing. I called them for clarification of a few clauses and I spoke to their office manager who happens to be an attorney as well. He was very nice and clearly explained the clauses to me. this law office is the worst service ive ever had. they don't contact you they don't respond to emails ,phone calls, or texts. they definitely are quick to take your money. the last time I wrote a bad review they called the next morning and quickly resolved the issue at hand so I would change my reviews. and here we are with the same case with the same issue sean doyle nor anyone at the office ever reurns communication. we are in florida and have a hearing on 11/17/2017 and have sent emails, cleft voice mails, and sent texts and have had noresponse from them. in my eyes this law firm is nothing more than a liocensed thief. its been a year and supposedly sean doyle is waiting for a document from the courts. 1 YEAR LATER!!!!! please just wanted to take the money and do nothing .
