The rebellion blue cheese on the bison steak added a nice richness to this dish but was not heavy or overpowering. The quartered potatoes were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The Stella beer my husband ordered was beautifully poured with a good amount of head & from a clean tap. The ambiance of the place was just right. Lively but not too loud. We came back the next day for their wood fire pizza. We weren't a fan of this as our preference is Neapolitan style but we were impressed as this the only place that served our first slice to us on our plate. It was a nice touch! By that time the eggs were half eaten by my table-mate so they would not just get cold. By the time I got my toast without butter my eggs had gotten cold. The rest of the food was as expected. We've been there many times before and the service is always the same - subpar. The dinner prices are a little expensive for the area, I find.
