Upon arrival we met with Gladys at the flower shop and assured us the secured delivery and knew exactly where to deliver. We placed our order and as you know funeral arrangements are not cheap. On the day of the service, we went to the cemetery and when we arrived, we noticed our specific arrangements ordered from this place were thrown on the ground and broken, with roses out of place and in the ground, while the other arrangements from other shops were nicely placed and displayed. as a grieving family, you would want everything to go as plan, smooth and beautiful, as appreciation for your loved one. My husband called Gladys, and spoke to him and said that the arrangements were placed at the gravesite, but yet when she sent the pictures, it was no where near our grandbaby's site. Very disappointed that after talking with her, she was adiment that it was not her delivery workers but instead blamed it on Rose Hills. My husband all he wanted from Gladys and the flower shop to take responsibility for the misdelivered of the flowers arrangements and destruction. Please do not place your orders with this shop, unless you want these arrangements destroyed.

Little Tokyo Florist at first quoted a higher price than I was expecting, but was able to lower the price and include as many orchids as possible within my budget. It turned out that a lot of orchids fit within the budget! The design of the spray was very beautiful, as I expected from photos of her work on Yelp. Delivery was $40 and the spray was $300, not including tax. After tax the total was $373.15. The flowers lasted a long time after the service, so we definitely got some fresh flowers.

First off he started with cleaning a table and sitting us down (other places didn't even bother to stop what they were doing). He then asked what date we needed the flowers( wedding-occasion) he didn't want to lead us on and deliver a half worked job If he was overly booked. Luckily he wasn't! We then went on by showing him what we wanted and the specific flowers. We wanted peonies but it wasn't its season anymore the wedding was in September so we just missed it's peak. He was very straight forward about the flowers and that he would try and get what we wanted but would let us know if he couldn't. We didn't get the color specifically we wanted but he worked his magic to make it look just as perfect. All in all the bouquet was everything we wanted! Would highly recommend. Pat did the florals for our destination wedding in Catalina as well as being our wedding manager. Firstly the flowers were beautiful and had the perfect mix of wild, garden, vintage romanticism I was hoping for. One really cool detail she added was knots on the ribbons hanging off my bouquet. She said this was a tradition from the 20s and each knot was supposed to represent a year of marriage. I thought that was such a neat touch for our exact vibe. The decor was simple but she covered an ugly view with tulle and made it magical. She also handled all the logistics for the island and ran the schedule and the flow on the day of. She worked her tush off so we didn't have to and I actually enjoyed and remember the whole thing! She is such a pro and knows both events and decor inside and out. We went to most amazing wedding out of state in Seattle that Kari was the planner and designer for from Pat Frey designs and flew in to organize. Everything from the floral arrangements to the schedule and flow on the day went perfectly despite there being a big fire on the freeway which held some people up. Things were executed perfectly and just as quickly the space was cleaned up and left spotless for the venue. I would highly recommend Kari and if I could do my own wedding again I would absolutely have hired her to take any stress off of us. Beautiful work! read more

If you are getting married, HIRE them!!! They handled everything, and they've done it so many times - they know their business! Total pros. The staff are so sweet and never made me feel overwhelmed. Every time we spoke to Kari, who was our wedding coordinator and main designer, we were less stressed after talking and she made us more excited. It was breathtaking. I had given her a pretty slim budget (relative to how much I was spending elsewhere on the wedding) and she made it look like I spent 2x as much! She did a beautiful job styling the wedding venue and making the arrangements and décor go far. She found the most fresh, gorgeous seasonal flowers. She created a beautiful tear-drop cascade-like bouquet for me by request. I was very specific in what I wanted and she executed my vision flawlessly. Best of all, she is on top of it. She was organized, professional, and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. I really enjoyed working with her and highly recommend her to other brides and folks planning events.
