This tiny little shop has an inefficient system for ordering, which results in more of a line than their should be, and subsequently more of a delay than I'd like in getting the most delicious caramello gelato cone into my face. However, I find it hard to be upset with them once I am eating the gelato. Eating this gelato makes me very happy, and I would like to come back to Florence and eat it every day of my life until I die, fat and happy.
