The server gave me a side dip which added some spice to the meal however, before putting it on, I ate some without the dip and it was very flavorful. Potatoes, rice and beans are a large part of Peruvian cuisine all of which I tasted here all of which were very, very good. We got basically a sampler tray which included ceviche beef, chicken, and a potato bean combination, which was just wonderful. The waiter was kind enough to point it out to us and I'm glad he did because it was a great overview of what Peruvian food is. Since I'm not familiar with the cuisine rather than spend a great deal of time addressing it what I'm going to tell you is, it is a wonderful restaurant, the service is equally wonderful, BYOB and enjoy yourself.
