Maybe don't do the chocolate icing all over the plate. Chocolate creme all over a plate is slightly tacky and prevents the dessert taste come out. Save the creme and icing for kids or sweet shops. Honestly, just a cake with a candle would be a cleaner presentation or a normal cake slice would be a simpler dessert. Only nitpicking this much, as the overall night and food hearty, plentiful, and excellent. I want Andiamo's to keep the recommendations in mind and keep improving.
