No help needed and he left us alone to wander around the store. They have a wide selection of wines. I was surprised to see a hard to find Nighthawk Black Bourban Barrel Aged Bota Box wine. Don't be a wine snob! Bota Box wines are very good, not like the old boxed wines that we used to get for large gatherings. After checking out the rest of the place, which has nice wide aisles, we headed to the counter to check out. The guy at the counter offered to carry our purchases to the car. Not needed but was nice to hear. He told us that they'll price match anybody store. Nice to know! We'll be back. 2023-24

Addy's is a cute liquor store with some really innovative ideas. They also had promotions like mix and match your own case of High Noons, cool if you want to try more than 1 flavor. The entry way was also lined with frozen and unfrozen alcoholic freezie pops. Perfect and ready to take to a summer gathering. These were sold in packs or individually. It is nice to be able to try new products and be able to customize the assortments. The store is big, cheery and clean. The staff is friendly and super helpful. Everyone was wearing a mask and there was plenty of room if there were a lot of shoppers. I came across Addy's when a friend found them on Instagram advertising a Virtual Wine Seminar. The seminars take place on Zoom and are a great way to try something new and have some human interaction during covid. This particular seminar was a blind tasting and the theme was can you tell the difference between a $6 and $20 bottle of wine? The cost was $55 for 4 full sized bottles of wine. They even offered free delivery if you lived in the area. Since I am farther away I called in advance and asked if they would be willing to prepare a package ahead of time for me if I wanted to pick it up? They said it was not a problem. Upon pick up I received 4 bottles of wine packaged in a cute bag. All the wines were wrapped up and labeled so the label was concealed for the tasting. A store associate was very helpful and went over all the directions with me for the day of. The tasting was easy to follow and fun! The day of the event you are told of a wine needs to be chilled, opened beforehand to breathe, etc. The zoom meeting was an hour long and hosted by a sommelier. The host was informative and asked for a lot of audience participation. The only call out I have about the whole night is that an hour isn't much time to get through 4 wines. It would be nice to have a pre taped option if you wanted to take your time and drink the wines slower. Apparently they offer different themes of these virtual tastings every few weeks! A great date night or way to catch up with friends. I would absolutely recommend!

Don't get me wrong they have a good selection of unicorn whiskeys and bourbons but you will pay over MSRP. Besides that I enjoy checking what's new in their shelves. The staff is friendly and willing to answer your questions and help you find what you are looking for. The ambiance is very well lit to help you read the labels on the bottles. Some aisles are a bit narrow so be careful while walking around.

He wasn't the warm welcome type but he knew his inventory so I'll give him credit for that. When you go in for the first time just ask to sign up for the loyalty program, they'll need your ID and every time after just make sure you provide your last name for them to look up your account. Hey an extra penny a bottle can really add up so why not take advantage of it. The employees are always helpful and friendly. Never any crowds so shopping is always an easy in and out.
