I was really impressed with how cleanly they worked and their attention to detail. As the daughter of a carpenter, I have high standards and am really pleased with how our projects turned out. We'll continue to enthusiastically recommend their services around the DC area.

Wilmer and his team are incredible…read more The team was detail oriented, incredible communicators, proactive and thoughtful, and cared for our home as if it was their own. For context, they painted the interior or of our entire home - walls, trim, and ceiling. The team knew how to work with high end paint and transformed a set of drab, beige, poorly textured, and banged up walls. They sanded the walls to manage the texture, worked expertly with tricky corners, managed complex work with dry wall to address dings and structural oddities. They are not just incredible painters - they are also amazing project managers and partners. The team managed our paint job while we traveled, but our furniture and floors were kept pristine (despite our 0% prep for them). When they ran out of paint (because I insisted on getting it and didn't get enough!), they reached out. When I didn't get back to them soon enough, they went to the store and perfectly matched the color, no VOC, and other specifications. Wilmer is warm, personable, proactive, and an excellent person to have on your team as a part of the work to transform your space! His team is also wonderful, expert, and easy to be around (I know, because i hired them for a second job and this time didn't leave town). Feel free to reach out to me with questions. In addition, he took care of about 10 other little things that needed fixing. As always, Diaz was the best contractor we've ever encountered. He came right out for a free estimate. He gave us constructive advice on the proposed work. His crew got started right away - they were reliable, on time, courteous, and cleaned up impeccably each day. Diaz stuck to his estimate. In addition to all these positive traits, one of the best things is that Diaz and his team can literally take care of anything. You will not have to rely on a subcontractor or having to call somebody else - he does painting, flooring, kitchens, doors/windows, drywall work, tiling, bathrooms, etc. He even has his own tree guy and electrician for when those things come up. He doesn't just do everything, but everything is done to a very high standard. Nothing he's ever done at our home is short of perfect. We are never going with anybody else - if you need anything done in (or around) your house in the DMV, Diaz is your man!

I had to reschedule my flooring job with short notice for a trip out of state and they were able to squeeze me in a week earlier than originally scheduled.
