I highly recommend filling out the paperwork online and making an appointment to make your experience much smoother. Once my first thing in the morning appointment time came a group of us were let in the appointment side. They also take walk ins, through a different side of the building. However if you have an appointment you go to the front of the line for security screening and get to the processing windows first. Security screening (think airport screening) was quick and I was off to the processing window. They reviewed my paperwork and I was told it usually takes about 2 hours to be processed. The procedure for picking up my renewed passport was explained and they also told me a text message would be sent when it was ready. After exploring Miami a little bit I was texted and I got my new passport. Very efficient process and the employees were great.

The company can not do their job, then won't answer customer service emails or phone calls. It's very expensive for an app that does basically nothing. It does not appear that they have access to any form of expedite that's different than you'd get if you printed out the single form needed and visited your local FedEx to get a photo and ship the packet yourself. Their tracking system has completely broken down for my order, and it is quite impossible to reach customer support through email, online chat, or phone (I suspect all of these are just an empty front). The only saving grace is that the state department cashed my check (two weeks after I started the process), so at least it appears to have reached the destination. Whether I will get my new passport in time for my trip is another matter... I'm utterly baffled by the good reviews here an elsewhere, they were the reason I was mislead. Update: I provided my order number to the owner as they requested, but this resulted in no further action or help on their part.

I've always applied for visas on my own, rather than going through an agency, but was hesitant this…read moretime due to the current China - U.S. politics - in order to get a Chinese tourist visa you have to book your flight and hotels, and I just couldn't take a chance on possibly being getting denied and losing the money I paid for my trip. I'm so happy that I used this agency - they were excellent! The customer service was great and it only took 8 days from the time I handed them my passport to receiving my visa via Fedex. Filling out application forms incorrectly or not providing the exact information needed (which is not always crystal clear) can lead to being denied a visa - or at the very least delayed. It would have cost me $140 to apply for the visa on my own versus around $270 for the agency to handle the process from start to finish. The $130 difference will save you a lot of potential headaches so I have to say it was truly worth every penny. These guys are amazing!
