I highly recommend filling out the paperwork online and making an appointment to make your experience much smoother. Once my first thing in the morning appointment time came a group of us were let in the appointment side. They also take walk ins, through a different side of the building. However if you have an appointment you go to the front of the line for security screening and get to the processing windows first. Security screening (think airport screening) was quick and I was off to the processing window. They reviewed my paperwork and I was told it usually takes about 2 hours to be processed. The procedure for picking up my renewed passport was explained and they also told me a text message would be sent when it was ready. After exploring Miami a little bit I was texted and I got my new passport. Very efficient process and the employees were great.

He was very patient with us and filled out the forms online for us. Process was very smooth and Nestor couldn't have been more helpful. He is very knowledgeable. He explained that there were no guarantees as to when the passports would be delivered, but he said we would have them in our hands by Thursday or Friday. (Needed expedited, as our cruise is next week and passports must expire 6 months after travel date,) Bottom line: Highly recommend without hesitation!

Think Twice Before Booking with Marvel Travel…read more Booked through Marvel Travel for a cruise and got zero guidance on required documents--my passport was expired and I had to solve the problem completely on my own, including flying to Puerto Rico to join the ship. Staff showed no real concern, the owner never followed up, and one employee (Jaylin) was dismissive and unprofessional. If issues come up, don't expect help--they'll happily take your payment, but you're on your own.

Our experience with Marvel Travel was not satisfactory on the announced Trip to St. Petersburg this…read morepast July 1 at all. Yes, we went to Tarpon Springs but not to St. Petersburg! The guide, the worst I have encountered so far whose name is Sol decided by majority, don't know when they voted not to go the last day to St. Petersburg but to Madeira Beach. Breach of itineratio. It should be clarified that Marvel Travel joins Gallo Travel to make this type of excursions. As those of Gallo Travel were more passengers than the ones from Marvel Travel it seems that they won in majority of vote, again, vointing without counting with us. Again, Sol is very unprofessional as a guide.... When we complained she told us that we could do it at the agency and when she said goodbye arriving at the destination of Miami she said it on the loudspeaker and all the other passengers knew that we had complained to her for not fulfilling the itinerary., The departure time to Miamia was scheduled at 4 pm, however we left at 2pm for Miami.... with some passengers who had enjoyed the beach, were drunk and continue dringing and bought more drinks inside the bus. loud singing (if you call that sing), drank, said bad words and even danced with the bus running ..... To top it off two days later we went to the agency to give our complaints, Marvel Travel. His agent, Mr. Arnaldo was on a quinceañera cruise... we were attended by his niece and a lady we had seen before, Geno if I remember correctly.... They called us to offer us an apology and we are still waiting for it. We decided to post this so that other people do not get harmed like us.
