I highly recommend filling out the paperwork online and making an appointment to make your experience much smoother. Once my first thing in the morning appointment time came a group of us were let in the appointment side. They also take walk ins, through a different side of the building. However if you have an appointment you go to the front of the line for security screening and get to the processing windows first. Security screening (think airport screening) was quick and I was off to the processing window. They reviewed my paperwork and I was told it usually takes about 2 hours to be processed. The procedure for picking up my renewed passport was explained and they also told me a text message would be sent when it was ready. After exploring Miami a little bit I was texted and I got my new passport. Very efficient process and the employees were great.

It appears you have to be a part of a group to be eligible for tickets. The professional team at BruMed went beyond in preparing this trip. The seats, close to the stage, were amazing. They offered a "pre-trip" itinerary that was also excellent. We were able to see the Shroud of Turin. They even were able to facilitate entrance to see DaVinci's Last Supper in Milan - something I had not been able to do during my prior visits to the city. Overall an excellent experience dealing with the BruMed Staff. Highly recommend their services.

She approached me and pointed her finger at me, speaking to me in a rude and disrespectful manner in front of many people, telling me that I couldn't be there. When I tried to explain that I was only speaking briefly with my mother about some missing documents, she threatened me by mentioning my visa status and said she would call the police. I understand that there are rules to follow, and if it wasn't my appointment day, I respect that. However, the issue is the way she spoke to me and treated me, it was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. We had traveled all the way from Tampa to Miami for my mother's visa appointment, and it was very upsetting to encounter such impolite and intimidating behavior from someone who works directly with the public.

Matt and I did not have to lift a finger the entire trip. The hotels were all incredible. They also had restaurant recommendations for the days we did not have set plans for and all the options were amazing, without breaking the bank. The company can not do their job, then won't answer customer service emails or phone calls. It's very expensive for an app that does basically nothing. It does not appear that they have access to any form of expedite that's different than you'd get if you printed out the single form needed and visited your local FedEx to get a photo and ship the packet yourself. Their tracking system has completely broken down for my order, and it is quite impossible to reach customer support through email, online chat, or phone (I suspect all of these are just an empty front). The only saving grace is that the state department cashed my check (two weeks after I started the process), so at least it appears to have reached the destination. Whether I will get my new passport in time for my trip is another matter... I'm utterly baffled by the good reviews here an elsewhere, they were the reason I was mislead. Update: I provided my order number to the owner as they requested, but this resulted in no further action or help on their part.
