It's good because I called the 3rd party and they said that the agent gave misinformation. Now I'm waiting for over 1 hour because this agent refused to see me. Lots of crying babies in the seats. I had to wait until the director came in. She was very professional, courteous, and efficient. She knew how to diffuse the situation. She approached me and pointed her finger at me, speaking to me in a rude and disrespectful manner in front of many people, telling me that I couldn't be there. When I tried to explain that I was only speaking briefly with my mother about some missing documents, she threatened me by mentioning my visa status and said she would call the police. I understand that there are rules to follow, and if it wasn't my appointment day, I respect that. However, the issue is the way she spoke to me and treated me, it was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I completed the forms and shipped my order for a passport renewal via FedEx. For a child's passport, you need to get an appointment at a passport agent's office. What Rush My Passport does not tell you is that it takes a long time to get an appointment at the passport agent's office, at least in Miami. So I purchased a new package online that would be quicker time to get a passport once I found that out. However, it requires you to talk to someone, which is fine, only it is very hard to actually get someone on the line. Wait times can be 40 mins or longer, and you have no idea how long you have to wait. When I got the option to have someone call me back, I did not get a callback. So, by the time I had my appointment at the passport agent's office, I went ahead and submitted my child's passport without being able to talk to anyone or hear back from them. When I finally got through they pretty much told me they could not help me nor would they refund the money. I feel like it was a bit of a set up. They advertise they could get you a passport in 3 weeks and don't tell you it can take a week and a half to get an appointment at passport agency. Then when you try to get a faster time. You have to call them but can't get through and no one returns your call. And then when you finally get through sorry no refund and we cannot help you. This is not a business that cares about you, doesn't have your back, and if you have to get a child passport or need to go to a passport agent for any reason, you really should not use them.

On February 8, 2025 I went online to renew my US Passport. I emailed Easy Passports at info@easy-passports.com because I thought I had to download my passport photo to their website to renew my passport. Easy Passports claimed they emailed me in response to my photo download problem. I never received any email, passport renewal form, or confirmation for the $129.85 they charged me. I was charged $129.85 for essentially nothing. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. My credit card company was told by Easy Passports they only email the US Passport renewal form to the customer and do not provide any passport renewal services. It is up to the applicant to fill out the US Passport form, pay the necessary passport renewal fee and mail the US Passport renewal form to the US Department of State. I went online to the US Department of State, completed the passport renewal form, and mailed in the fee via US Postal Service myself. I disputed the $129.85 twice with my credit card company but because Easy Passports claims they emailed me attaching the renewal form, which I never received. Easy Passports refuses to refund the credit card charge. As a side note, my credit card company is well aware of Easy Passports and said they received many calls from customers stating they were charged for services never received.
