He was very patient with us and filled out the forms online for us. Process was very smooth and Nestor couldn't have been more helpful. He is very knowledgeable. He explained that there were no guarantees as to when the passports would be delivered, but he said we would have them in our hands by Thursday or Friday. Rush my passport is a scam, do not use!!!…read more I was stupid enough to think that because they were referred via clear that it would be a reputable company. The company can not do their job, then won't answer customer service emails or phone calls. It's very expensive for an app that does basically nothing. It does not appear that they have access to any form of expedite that's different than you'd get if you printed out the single form needed and visited your local FedEx to get a photo and ship the packet yourself. Their tracking system has completely broken down for my order, and it is quite impossible to reach customer support through email, online chat, or phone (I suspect all of these are just an empty front). The only saving grace is that the state department cashed my check (two weeks after I started the process), so at least it appears to have reached the destination. Whether I will get my new passport in time for my trip is another matter... I'm utterly baffled by the good reviews here an elsewhere, they were the reason I was mislead. Update: I provided my order number to the owner as they requested, but this resulted in no further action or help on their part.

I emailed Easy Passports at info@easy-passports.com because I thought I had to download my passport photo to their website to renew my passport. Easy Passports claimed they emailed me in response to my photo download problem. I never received any email, passport renewal form, or confirmation for the $129.85 they charged me. I was charged $129.85 for essentially nothing. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. My credit card company was told by Easy Passports they only email the US Passport renewal form to the customer and do not provide any passport renewal services. It is up to the applicant to fill out the US Passport form, pay the necessary passport renewal fee and mail the US Passport renewal form to the US Department of State. I went online to the US Department of State, completed the passport renewal form, and mailed in the fee via US Postal Service myself. I disputed the $129.85 twice with my credit card company but because Easy Passports claims they emailed me attaching the renewal form, which I never received. Easy Passports refuses to refund the credit card charge. As a side note, my credit card company is well aware of Easy Passports and said they received many calls from customers stating they were charged for services never received.
