It does not appear that they have access to any form of expedite that's different than you'd get if you printed out the single form needed and visited your local FedEx to get a photo and ship the packet yourself. Their tracking system has completely broken down for my order, and it is quite impossible to reach customer support through email, online chat, or phone (I suspect all of these are just an empty front). The only saving grace is that the state department cashed my check (two weeks after I started the process), so at least it appears to have reached the destination. Whether I will get my new passport in time for my trip is another matter... I'm utterly baffled by the good reviews here an elsewhere, they were the reason I was mislead. Update: I provided my order number to the owner as they requested, but this resulted in no further action or help on their part.
