They listen to you and they get right to root of the problem. They are very respectful and compassionate about your health needs. I am very satisfied with the professional care they give. I couldn't have chosen a better facility for my medical needs. I love the doctors here. The receptionist: I have always been greeted with compassion when I call. The clerks are very good at scheduling and getting messages to the doctors. When I go in for my appointments they are always pleasant and very fast on getting you registered and into see a doctor. BUT here lately they have hired new people to work the front desk and the phone treatment by one lady has been very unprofessional. She does not want to give you any service at all. She is rude and seem to rush you off the phone with little or no help. The only time I am able to get help is if I tell her I am recording her. Then her attitude quickly changes. The new male receptionist I told him I didn't want to talk to this particular lady and he told her and she picked up my call. When I call I pray that I'll get a seasoned receptionist so I don't have to deal with her and my needs will be met expeditiously with professionals who are respectful and courteous.

My mother was without care for 48 hours with first aid sent from Mir Home Care. No communication. Contact Abdul (manager) seem to have no real concern or knowledge of what is transpiring only to make excuses of services not being provided. Then spoke with Faqeer (Abdul manager) apologize and advised to address it. New aid female(70 year old home-health aid) was assigned to assist my mother that arrived late daily. Friday & Saturday didn't arrive until after 4pm schedule for morning 10am. Consistently expressed she was not advised or aware of care needs (meal preparation - cooking, reheating, etc / laundry/ bathing/ assisting with putting on clothes). Female aid advised of her religion not to prepare food she doesn't eat, she will not touch or prepare. Also due to her age can't assist with bathing. Wasn't very accommodating. Advised to leave mother keys and gate card on her counter and left. It is now Sunday no aid no return call from company no responses. For an entire week my mother missed breakfasts & lunches due to late or no arrivals. Baths due to late or no arrivals. Do not recommend this company at all for the care of your loved ones. Was very hopeful with services after speaking with Faqeer and him advising to address the concerns from previous aid and manager communication. However services to patients from aid didn't change (still late arrivals no show, missed meals etc) and communication (leadership) didn't change

My mother would call for help and no one would come. I hired a person to come sit with my mom and they found a way to kick her out of the building because she was bringing up issues of negligence to attention. I was traveling and a friend stopped by to see my mom. She called me hysterical because my mom was in her urine and feces . I have photos of this happening TWICE. But the worst part is my mother had been complaining of pain in her leg. I asked the staff to do an x-ray. They never did. After my friends call I took my mother out in 24 hours and put her in a 4 bedroom home. They proactively did the xrays and determined my mom fractured her hip. That is a death sentence.
