Located up in the north part of Houston, this is a good real estate agent that is responsible for several really expensive plazas in the fancy part of town. I think they do a good job and their rents are pretty fair, although it's expensive compared to the poor areas obviously.

I'm not the easiest person to work with and was especially picky during this whole process. I was extremely anxious about finding a place we would like as much as our place in Austin, and Sarah really helped ease my mind. Long story short, we found the perfect place in the Museum District, and I couldn't be happier. I'm actually a little excited about the move now. If you're looking for a good real estate agent who is personable and knows her stuff, Sarah is the way to go. Thanks girl!

We have been…read moreworking with them for the past several years for buying our primary residence and investment properties. For every transaction (irrespective of the size of transaction), they have gone above and beyond their usual scope of work to ensure a smooth and stress free process for us! They are a great team who bring different strengths to the table and I couldn't imagine a better realtor for us. Recently, Vic worked with me to identify an investment property. Vic is a great resource while buying an investment property as he is thinking 5 steps ahead - not only finding the right property at the right price but also whether it can be rented, the right time of the year to rent, expected rent and most importantly exit options - as I am a consultant I can totally relate to his approach and couldn't ask for anything better. Karishma, being a Houston realtor for 15+ years, brings her own strength to the table. She knows the market (in the loop and the suburbs) really well and has an eye for detail which I have not seen. More importantly she is super honest with her feedback and is open about how she feels about the property - and most importantly she isn't pushing her opinion but understands what her clients are looking for and gives professional advice. As we continue to work with Asrani Partners we have realized that they are a 'one-stop shop' for everything real estate related.

During our 6 month search in the Spring Branch / West Memorial areas, Vic went to great lengths to help my wife and I investigate the strengths and weaknesses of each property. I appreciate his expertise as a ex-property developer, his financial analytical skills, clear communications, and flexibility. We intend to do future deals with Vic.

My family and I moved from the East Coast and went through a year long process to find and buy a new home. Our realtor Fadi, worked with us both in town and while we were back east, sending us updates on new homes every day. He was patient with us during the whole process and went above and beyond his duties when problems arose during the closing of our house. He was very attentive and listened to our needs and exceeded them. He made sure to keep all involved parties focused and up to date on the progress of our closing. Even though the closing was delayed and had to be rushed at the last second, Fadi did an amazing job with getting everything done when we needed it. We found a perfect home thanks to Fadi and highly recommend him for any future home purchases or sales.
