So I went and I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and I was helped immediately, even though I didn't schedule an appointment and I was just a walk-in. I got a regular manicure with dip for my polish and a pedicure with gel polish. Tammy did my nails and Mal did my toes and I was highly impressed by both of them! Went in with a friend to treat ourselves with a pedi. Had to wear masks which is fine. They kept it cool in the place so I didn't get hot wearing it the whole time. Just got a regular pedi for $28 and it was like about 30mins. It was really relaxing and felt great. Staff wore masks as well, some wear gloves. I don't care if they do or not. I would go back if I'm ever up there again and want a pedi. read more

I hate to leave negative reviews but I visited here before the holidays and it was just an overall poor experience. I called in advance and set an appointment for a manicure and pedicure but ended up being serviced 25 min late. I understand they were busy so I waited but my nails ended up bad. They had limited color options and the work on my nails was just overall poor. Very thick and inconsistent shaping, it just looks like sloppy work as you can see in photos :( I'm pretty embarrassed of how my nails will look for Christmas and New Years. read more

I went to this salon 4-5 times a year before Covid but haven't been for the last 3 years. Just went yesterday and the owner still remembered my name. I have always had a great experience here. Took my daughter (6) this time and she had fun too. This was my first visit here. Amy took great care of me. At first I really wanted pink and white nails because that's what I was used to getting in Texas, but she talked me into getting the dip powder in French. I was able to use my real nails! She easily convinced me to switch after showing me another customers nails that had just been done. They look great and ended up being less expensive-which is always a plus! So far I really like them and have gotten compliments. When I go back in a couple weeks, I will try out their other services, too. I highly recommend Amy-she sits right by the front desk. My hand was cut and sliced open FIVE times. FIVE! They act like getting your hands cut is a normal part of getting your nails done and it 100% is not. The only reason I didn't walk out is because I was there with other people who were still getting services done. The nails didn't even come out well done, they're lumpy and weirdly shaped. One of the worse experiences in my life. Made an appointment several days ahead for myself and 2 friends. A girl's day out. Arrived on time and had to wait for 45 minutes. My two friends had lovely technicians. I ended up with a nightmare - a man who was either the owner or manager. Only man there. The things I had to deal with - I brought my own color and he said it was an awful color. When trimming, I jumped when he cut me. He said, "well you said you wanted your nails short." Blood everywhere. No apology. I was wearing pants that could not be rolled up for the massage. I explained I didn't' want a massage and he proceeded to tell me that next time wear the right pants. Water was cold. This guy was obviously having a bad day, but he made it a nightmare for me. This visit was a treat of mine for my friends. I'm happy they were happy with their pedicures. Have been using another nail salon down the street - excellent service. I was there yesterday and out of the blue a lady next to me said she will never use Passion Nail again. I went in yesterday with my friend after having a hard day and crying I threw my hair up in a bun and let them do my nails. I didn't have as much as my friend I had $40 dollars and she said it was gonna be $35 with the initials I wanted on my ring finger I said okay then she got halfway done with my nails and refused to go further till I paid her. She didn't make my friend pay up front though. Then the lady got very upset with me when I didn't like the way the initials looked because they were sloppy and looked like a child did them. I didn't say one word about them I was going to leave it like that then she saw my friend give the nails a dirty look too. And she said she was going to fix them caught an attitude and yanked on my fingers and charged me $5 more for the initials then gave it back after she literally couldn't do the initials right. I have been going here for a while now and always had a great time and was treated very well. I went there today to get a new set of dip and as the girl is working on it she does not talk much at all and when she did she was not nice about it. When removing my previous dip she kept saying you must have never been here you don't know how to do this. The other times I have been it was done a different way then what she did. When she talked to me she asked if I had a boyfriend and I said no she later said why is that I know 13 years old that's do and you look to be 18 and asked why I don't have one. And continued to be very rude about it. My nails look okay but on some of them one corner is round and the other is pointy. I think her name was Lauren. I planed on getting my toes done as well but she had been so rude and that I just got my nails done and left. Would not recommend having her do your nails. Amy is a great nail tech and is so sweet so you should ask for her. read more

My first Yelp review was removed so I am adding one more time. Was up charged for a nail service that I did not ask for. When I refused to pay for the service the owner held my credit card and went back to my mom and threatened her to say we would pay for the service. When my mom said no, the tech threatened my mom "if you don't like my work I will remove it all" the entire time they kept talking in their natively language and talking in a rude tone and laughing about my daughter sitting on my lap, who was being perfect. Finally we paid and just got out of there. The owner knows me as a return us timer and on a first name basis and still treated me horribly. We went on Christmas Eve so our nails looked nice for the holiday and I can honestly say it was the worst experience ever. Never will return. read more

I would review it as 0 stars if I could. I went in to have my acrylic nails removed and specifically asked that they soak them off and use NO machines. Yes, they were quick to have me seated, but that's as good as it gets. The woman hacked at my nails with nail clippers, soaked my nails for a good 2 minutes and began to use machines and then when that wasn't working, she THEN began to use a plastic nail and shove underneath the acrylic that was on my nail. They are absolutely terrible. This woman proceeded to be very rude about the price of the "nail removal" and nearly snatched the receipt out of my hand, and to her surprise, I had given her no tip. I do not suggest this place to anyone that is searching for any sense of good quality service. read more

This was the worst Christmas Eve experience ever! I called the salon the day before and they quoted me at a particular price for a fill for myself and gel nails for my daughter. When we arrived for the appointment, I stated at the front counter that I would like a fill and my daughter would like gel nails. The owner seated us, along with my one year old granddaughter. During our appointment, as we were getting our nails done, if my daughter or I moved even slightly we were scolded like children and our hands forcefully grabbed. As we completed our appointment my daughter took my credit card to the counter to pay for the service. The bill was more than double what we origionally were told the day before. I immediately stopped and explained that this is not what we agreed on. That was when my nail tech tore her mask off her face and began to scream at me in her native language, which I can't understand. She then stated 'if you won't pay then I will destroy what I've done' in english and grabbed my hands. Then, the owner walked over and pushed my shoulder and asked why I refused to pay for the service. I explained that the service was not what had been agreed upon earlier. She turned away and went to the front where my daughter met her to pay and again I was asked if I was going to pay the full amount. My daughter stated 'no'. That is when the owner took the card from my daughter's hand put it in a drawer and shut it. I walked up, demanded my card back and asked the owner if she would agree to charge me the original price. She said 'no' so I explained I would pay today but I, nor my daughter (that she knows by her first name being a repeat customer) will ever be back. I felt threatened , and the level of customer service that was given to me was less than unexecpteble . read more
