I'm now a regular here. I've been so impressed with used the service that I've received here. I've brought I've even brought my daughters in a couple of times with me too. The staff is so welcoming and friendly here. When you walk in you are always greeted with a smile and hello. They offer a variety of different services. Manicures, pedicures, waxing, etc. My daughter loves the jelly pedicures that they offer. It looks like a boba bath and feels amazing. read more

Decent place. I got the most expensive pedicure option and thought it was very relaxing. The painting wasn't what I asked for and was $5 extra for a design so I wasn't a fan of that (looked more like tiger stripes than marble--I would have preferred that she say she couldn't do it). Manicure wasn't the best but everything was very average. I can see many flaws but it looks ok from a distance. Not worth the $125 I paid but decent. read more

So disappointed!! I have never left a bad review for a nail salon before, but this service was the most terrible pedicure I've ever had. My mom's was as well (hers was actually even worst than mine). Hadn't been here in a while so we decided to try it out. We get pedicures every 4/5 weeks and this time we chose the very basic (least expensive) one. We don't need the works every time. We felt like because we weren't getting a super expensive one they didn't even want to bother with us. Mine kept tossing her tools down annoyingly, so much so I almost apologized for even coming in....I also had a spot on the ball of my foot that a shoe had kind of rubbed funny and the skin was starting to peel. So I figured she would use the callus remover stone on it to scrub off the dead skin. She didn't even touch it. I think the stone slid over it maybe once. I will attach a photo of what my foot looks like after the pedi. My mom's toenails are filed crooked. She also got started after me but we finished at the same time. But both pedicures didn't last more than 23 mins. We will never be going back read more

I came in for a pedi and mani. I've been here before but not the same experience. I came in with no makeup on. (Long day at work). Both toes and nails turned out looking very cheap. I had to fix them when I got home. Embarrassing. I'm sorry, but I won't be back. read more

If you go here, go during the week to get decent service. I went today and had a 12:45 appointment time for a pedicure with gel polish and a basic manicure with a gift card from my husband. I arrived 7 minutes early. I sat on the bench for 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time and another 15+ minutes with my feet soaking. By that time I was running way past schedule so I asked for just the basic pedicure. It was okay. Then, we go to the manicure. I explained to Michelle I just wanted regular red polish and not gel because I was trying to grow out my nails and didn't want anything that would weaken them. She said okay. She asked if I wanted them cut. I said not cut but shaped (they weren't long). One was a bit longer than then others so when she got out the nail clipper I thought she was going to clip that one. Nope. She clipped it way short and now I'm stuck with getting them all clipped to match. Okay...move on from that and by this time I was ready to be done. She didn't offer the red polish and just did a clear coat. I could have said something but geez... I used to go pretty regularly and tip generously, but the last two times have been terrible service that isn't even worth the price I paid. read more

Poor quality and service. I was not asked which pedicure option I wanted. The clipping and filing was done at an angle and uneven. I was in an out in about 20min for a full pedicure. I do not recommend going here. read more

Look how thick these nails are!!! I feel like I have jellybeans on my nails!! And this is in one sitting, third re-do and second tech! I'm soooo over this! If I hadn't already been here for 2 1/2 hrs an have to be at work in 30min, I would've made them soak them off! This is terrible, I will never go back to this place!!!! And then had the audacity to try to charge $50 and ask for a tip! Nope, not today Satan! read more

We walked in and were immediately greeted by the friendliest employees! That always bodes well. I was part of a 5 person group that wanted pedis and manis. The owner offered us 10% off, and was very accommodating with every person's special request. The interior itself was extra clean , with cute chandeliers. The music left much to be desired. Think middle of the mall nail place with the radio blaring. The employees asked what beverage we preferred , and got us set up quickly. The pedicure was quicker than I liked , but was followed by a high shine buff( my favorite) like I've never seen before. The manicure topped it off and my fingers soon matched the high shine glare that was on my toes. Friendly , efficient and accommodating! Give them a try. read more

I'm sure that anyone that reads my reviews consistently will know that I'm pretty much a nail salon connoisseur lol. I was tempted by the "GRAND OPENING 20% OFF" at their location and figured I'd give it a try since I had time after shopping at Target nearby with my little sister. We were greeted by super friendly staff and blown away with how nice the salon was. It may not look like much on the outside but it's inviting, clean and brand spankin' new on the inside. My sister and I both opted for gel manicures and picked out our colors of choice from a vast variety of colors. I'm not kidding in the slightest when I say that they have the most extensive selection of colors that I've ever seen in a salon. My sister is 13 and sometimes bites her nails and as most of you know, nail techs are the first people to make sometimes rude comments about how your nail beds look.... although she was self-conscious coming in, the only thing the technician said was, "Don't you worry, after we're done, your nails are going to be pretty!" And they were. Another girl was getting a pedicure with her friend and I was SUPER jealous because they looked like they were enjoying it. The last time I came in, I got the dip manicure and opted for the lavender pedicure. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The pedicure was by far the best pedicure I had gotten in a good while. (Yes, I'm a fan of another nail salon on yelp too). Overall, it's a great salon and they have a fantastic amount of choices for services and colors. I really enjoy how friendly the people are and it's very hygienic since they throw away the files and buffers after use and have plastic liners in the pedicure bowls. People were amazing I love my nails. I did not like the price. For a pedicure it felt like they over charged me. For cutting my cuticles was extra, but the lady next to me got it for free. I ignored it I still like my nails. But I dont think I will be a regular here. read more

My daughter and I went for a signature pedicure and gel manicure. They took their time on both of us and it was a great mani/pedi!! My hands and feet look great and since I don't usually get them done often,this was especially nice because not all nail salons take their time to make sure that you're happy with the way your nails look,they were. My lady asked if I liked the way my nails looked before polish was applied and asked me if I wanted anything else done before polish application. This honestly was one of the best mani/pedi's I've ever had!! We will definitely be back!! read more

We have been customers at this salon for over a year. But I've noticed that if I take my 14 year old daughter, I have to sit next to her to make sure they are giving her the same level of service they give me, even though she is charged the same. I am working late today, so her dad dropped her off. She had her dip removed and wanted to take a break and just get a regular polish. This is how they sent her home. I called and they offered to redo or a refund, but this was the final straw for us. Save your money and go to Mindys! read more

First off I should say that I NEVER complain. Like, ever. EVER. My friend and I went to this salon, I wanted to treat her to a pedicure. The salon was beautiful and everyone seemed friendly, at first anyway. I felt like the service was rushed on mine and it was DEFINITELY rushed on my friends. The paint job was so-so, we felt like they were speaking about us the whole time taking advantage of our not being able to understand them, but then to top it all off... they overcharged me. I'm non-confrontational and I can't not tip a service worker because, I get it... so I even gave them a good tip. I really wish I had gone somewhere else and I definitely won't be going back here. read more

Every single time that I have been here has been positive. I've been here several times and it's by far my favorite nail salon I've ever been to! The staff are so kind and friendly. The inside of the business is extremely clean (huge plus in my book!!!). They use disposable liners for their pedicure bowls and their all theirequipment is all sterilized. They also have a HUGE variety of nails colors to choose from. Hundreds of colors! I get dip nails and they have been great to help improve my nail strength after years of acrylic nail applications. I would really recommend ladies with weak/brittle nails try dip powder nail application. read more

Discovered this salon around the corner from me and read the reviews and decided I'd give it a try. I'm not a frequent mani pedi chick...sadly I just don't have the time! But after today I'm gonna make time. Seriously...I deserve this treat! Staff was super friendly, explained pricing up front, made some small talk during the service and overall were just very patient and took their time doing a great job. I didn't feel rushed at all, even with two young girls with me. The salon itself is spotless! No strong typical salon odors either. Very comfortable and pleasant all around. The tools were clean and sterilized, and buffers and files were all brand new in disposable packaging. Being super picky about this kind of thing...I appreciated the attention to detail. Nails & Beyond is a charming place to pamper yourself. The first thing you notice when you walk in is how very clean it is. They put a fresh liner I. The pedicure station before your treatment. Each person has their own kits that they use. They enforce the wearing of masks and employees wear them as well. Michelle is absolutely lovely! She diss done my pedicure and manicure several times and does a wonderful Job. I highly recommend this business! read more

This is my second time here and have loved my experience both times. Always greeted instantly and never felt rushed to choose from their crazy amount of polishes. Pedicure went extremely well, I believe Tracy did it. She was so nice and very thorough on my "quarantine feet." And April did my nails and did an amazing job. She went all the way back to my cuticles and gave me exactly what I wanted. These are probably my favorite nails ever. Will definitely be coming back!! read more

I love the look of the salon. Very pretty decor. Have been going about 1-2x a month since November '18 and every time I've made an appointment but I always feel like they're rushing even when they're not busy. Always go with a friend who does gel mani, and both of us were incredibly disappointed on our last visit as both of our technicians did not get close to the cuticle and it looked like it was grown a week or more by 3 days growth. Plus I have always asked for a manicure included with my full set and they either didn't do it, or just trimmed my cuticles after everything was done already which made it look more grown out. read more

Don't trust this nail salon, they don't treat everyone the same, half of them need to retire. I literally had to keep my composer because I really wanted to smack the shit out of one of them. Okay, I'm a guy who just walked into a nail salon... not disclosing any treatment for myself. I was there with my wife, so that she could get her toes done. Just to be clear, I am not admitting to getting a pedicure with my wife here on a date night. I am also not confessing that I asked for an upgraded treatment that included scented oils and an extended foot massage. And, if I did, I would not confirm or deny that I enjoyed it. All I am saying is that Lee is one of the best manicure/pedicure techs that I have ever met... not that I have met that many over the last 20+ years. From what I have heard (still not conceding a first hand perspective here), pedicures are good for people who struggle with in-grown toenails, excessive foot callous, and runner bruises. Well, at least I didn't have to choose a polish color. read more

I will not be going back. My pedicure was alright. But my white dip nails were the worst I have gotten. To the point that I almost asked for them to be removed. I finally had to say I didn't like them. The cuticle was crooked, the dip was thick and uneven. Who I assume is the owner had to come and correct the nails the best she could. When I left I had to pick a ton of stuff out from under my nails and on my skin. Three fingers bleeding. read more

Called at 4:30 for 5 people for pedis. Told us to come at 5:15 even though they closed at 6pm. Was worried thinking they would rush us out. Not the case at all. We left at 6:45. Even thought they got all of us in right away but one girl had to wait about 30 mins longer than the rest. I understand so I'll let that pass. Friend had a broken toe nail and they glued it on and helped Make it look like nothing had happened. Very nice people. Had a couple designs on some toes. Downfall was only one girl could do them and she wasn't the greatest. Would definitely recommend the place to anyone looking to get toes done. read more

Today, I specifically told the manager that the acrylics I got last time burned my nails, so I wanted gel instead. They still charged me extra for soaking off the acrylics. The manicure itself took 2 hours, and the end result isn't even great. They added charges for things I didn't request--like a "spa manicure" (which was basically just lotion and a hot towel that washed right off). They also charged for the round shape, soak-off, which I understand is healthier for nails, but it still felt unfair when I had already explained my concerns. I thought they only charged for almond shape but come to find out I was wrong. I expected to pay extra for the cat eye design, but the tech clearly didn't know how to do it. See photo. Every nail looks different, and it took 20-30 minutes just for that step. You'd think a manager would check in at some point for that. More butts in seats=more money. In the end, I paid $75 plus tip. While that's not wildly above local prices, the amount of time it took and the poor quality make it not worth it. Sadly, I won't be coming back.

I had an appointment, but I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes while my technician finished with someone else. After the wait, another person brought me to a station so I could start my soak off. The original technician I booked finally came over, looked at my nails in the bowl, and then walked away without a word. Then, the lady who sat me came over and started filing my nails without saying a word. She was quickly replaced by a third person who actually did my manicure. She also sat down without really acknowledging me. I was the only person there getting passed around between three different nail techs. Also unlike my first visit, I was never offered a drink... and every other customer (walk-ins and appointments were offered them right in front of me) I felt completely overlooked. While the first visit was great, the second was so awkward.
