The staff was thorough in following procedures to ensure I wasn't cheating, and extremely polite & nice to chat with. As a test taker, the environment and provided amenities were also lovely - I was offered noise protecting headphones and an erasable note board plus an extra mouse pad to protect my water bottle from making noises that might distract other testers, which I appreciated. The lockers are secure and easy to use, so I felt good about my items being safe while I was testing. There was a nice, quiet break space with tea and coffee plus water and a few snacks. Today I happened to be taking quite a short exam but my experience was so comfortable that I am actually looking forward to returning in a few weeks for a second, longer exam. Also the entire office smelled vaguely of chocolate chip cookies. Extremely comforting and home-y without being overwhelming. It was also fairly easy to find by following signs on the second floor but they are at the very far end of the hallway from the elevators which made me a little concerned I'd missed it, but this location choice definitely contributes to the very quiet atmosphere they promote for exam takers. Truly the best experience I've had taking an exam of this sort.
