When we walked in were were greeted and advised to feel out a sheet that told them what type of hip bath you needed. I received a regular hip bath. They take you to the back to change out of your clothes into their huge cloak like robe. There was an issue with the steamer not coming on but they fixed that and comped some of the service for the inconvenience. After the service was complete I left feeling great!
