Office experience…read more This rehab center had my script for PT and over 3 weeks we still do not have PT scheduled as the office is unprepared to complete and get the necessary information for PT to start. I threaten to leave and find another company and they scheduled me to an initial consultation last week. It's been over a week and still no scheduling for PT to start They are incompetent and a waste of time. I had other rehab centers already ready to schedule and thought giving them time was being the right thing to do. Please do not waste your time there

I have never looked forward to physical therapy before, but this place is a delightful change…read more Everyone on the staff, from the front desk to the owner-manager Alex, is sincerely friendly and completely engaged. Other PT places I've succumbed to have been marked by tension in the air because the friendliness is superficial, the smiles glued on. Or the young PT staff gave me an exercise with a number of repetitions and then huddled in the corner to talk sports and their recent weekend frolics. Not so here: I feel an improvement and where I used to go home feeling depleted and pessimistic, I walk out of RSPT feeling stronger and hopeful. And aside from the congenial atmosphere, the exercises I've been asked (very sweetly) to do make sense. I don't see other patients given identical routines: the place is more like a cheerful gathering of neighbors (for a common purpose) than a factory. I can't recommend them highly enough! ==================================================== An update. Tomorrow is my last visit of 2025, because Medicare will only cover 28 visits in a twelve-month period. My enthusiasm for this practice and the people in it has only increased. The atmosphere is friendly without artifice, not the professional friendliness of people who would really rather you go away so they can continue chatting about last night's sports event. You might not notice it if you knew me six months ago, but I feel stronger and more mobile. This is not, I assure you, because I religiously do the exercises at home. (Long pause here.) But it is because the people I work with, especially Francy, Melissa, now and again Alex, Hannah, and Annabelle, have understood what exercises might help me and have guided me through them. The pleasantness begins at the front desk: Arlinda, Madeline, Michael -- all genuinely solicitous and humane. I think they understand that people come to PT with a certain amount of pain, impairment, and the accompanying embarrassment. Because of the gentle-spirited, light-hearted owner, Alex Sherman, the feeling of uncritical welcoming acceptance is felt all through the practice. I am sad to leave -- it feels like the last day of summer camp -- but I hope to be back in 2026.

So I need to start off by saying the practitioners and Dr. Axelrod who owns the practice are…read moreexcellent. They always treated me with respect and were eager to help me with my chronic headaches. The front desk staff as well are superb--they are kind, caring and work hard to make sure all clients needs are met including reminder calls, working out billing issues etc. The office Manager is fantastic as well-she always was in a good mood and kept me updated if the Chiropractors were running late etc. They try to fit as many appointments as possible into every hr so often there could be a bit of a wait when you get into one of the rooms and they are a bit rushed to have your treatment completed. Unfortunately, the extensive amounts of appointments and money spent did not help my headaches in the end. I went for multiple months and at first 4 days/week for a while, then 3 days and eventually twice a week. I also was paying out of pocket until I met my insurance deductible as well. I suffer from a rare type of headache disorder which does not respond well to Chiropractic Care it seems and perhaps made it worse--I have been going regularly to Physical Therapy and that has given me some relief. Just understand that Chiropractic care will not help EVERYONE, and they do extensive testing to try to design a care plan for you but it is not guaranteed to help in the end...I am glad I gave it a shot however.

I went to Dr. Sayegh…read morebecause of constant stress which gave me daily jaw and neck pain, and headaches which Tylenol, Advil, or Aleve couldn't help. I was in pain everyday! It took me months to see him because the idea of someone "cracking" my neck and back really freaked me out. I finally took the step. He could tell just by the way my boyfriend and I walked in the room where some of our issues were. I love the way he explains chiropractic medicine and the connection between your brain and spine to illness, stress and pain. I was nervous during my first adjustment but he could tell where my subluxations (spine misalignments) were just by feeling on my neck and spine. After a few adjustments, which were startling for a first timer, but not painful, I immediately felt great. My head, neck and jaw pain disappeared, my shoulders dropped, and I was walking taller. This one session was all I needed to be completely convinced and a Dr. Sayegh convert. I've had several sessions since, and each time just keeps getting better. I know that everyone, adult, child, and infant can benefit in some way from Dr. Sayegh's natural, medication free, hands on approach. Pain, numbness, tingling sensations, stress, reproductive issues, constipation, nerve issues, etc. can all be helped by Dr. Sayegh's approach. I'm a believer!
