Great trees. Best service. After going to three other lots as well as Home Depot where the trees looked dry and tired, we drive by here as a last resort. From the car we saw plenty of trees so we thought we would stop by and take a look. The trees all looked very fresh and the needles did not fall off. There was a great selection. But what really sets this place apart from the rest is the customer service. The manager showed us around, gave suggestions and informed us of pricing options. There was no pressure and we were not closely followed around like at other lots. We were shown the positives and negatives of each tree and were provided with options for our taste, budget, etc. We will definitely be back next year. read more

This lot disappointed me, their is a review below that has the same experience I had, wish I read reviews before hand ...I would have gone to the Y Christmas Tree Lot where at least my money would go to a good cause. This lot gauges you on pricing. I purchased a 6/7 foot noble tree for $110 including taxes (yes they charge taxes on Christmas trees!) and a wreath for $30 including taxes. Once I purchased I overheard one of the supervisors tell a lady that the same tree I had purchased was $95! When I brought it to the supervisors attention he said $110 price includes taxes. I told him his salesperson sold it to me excluding taxes.... he had no response back! Horrible experience and I wish I would have gone elsewhere. The sad part about this is the only person helpful was the one strapping the tree to my car, otherwise disappointed with unethical sales practices. Amazing trees. This is the first time i had to shop locally for my tree this year. I usually drive north to get my trees and pick it up in my truck. Unfortunately this year I sold my truck so that leaves me to shop for a tree nearby and also a place that delivers. Before i came to this location i went to glendale to seek the perfect tree, unfortunately the trees in glendale were too narrow and appeared to look like bushes then a actualy christmas tree. I arrived to pasadena where i seen some nice trees up front, i walked around and right away i couldnt decide because all the trees were in great shape. I met Will who is very proffessional and a great salesman, he guided me to a safe and easy purchase which is cash only but atm on site. He allowed me to purchase the tree and also provided delivery at a fair rate. Will also helped get the tree perfectly alligned in a safe and proffessional manner. Will and his krew provide grade A service. Very appreciated for my tree and blessings to all, ill be shopping for another tree next year. read more

DO NOT BUY YOUR TREE HERE! I rarely take the time to write a review, but as something as sentimental and enjoyable as a Christmas tree should be- I wouldn't want anyone else to waste their money. Was going to go to OSH or another lot on Foothill, but the day was ending quickly and this was just blocks form our home. Spent about $75, $10 more than we should have, but the tree seemed nice and it's Christmas and everyone is just trying to make a living. Had a bit of a shady feel to the gentleman at the lot, but dismissed it, wrong choice. Did what we thought was due diligence, checked the needles, seemed good, shape seemed good. They cut the bottom part off and we were on our way. Had tree in water in stand within an hour of them cutting it, then noticed that many of the upper branches had been "trimmed" to create the correct tree shape. Problem with this is that as soon as it is in a normal temp home and not 50 degree weather, the tips immediately begin to dry out and you've got brown tips and sections everywhere. Spritzed tree, made sure throughout the evening there was plenty of water. By today, less than 24 hours after purchasing, much of the needles are browning and drying up. LESS THAN 24 HOURS! So now I've paid $75 for a tree that won't even last 4 days through Christmas, I am so unbelievably mad that I didn't trust my gut that these were shady sellers. Tree was NOT fresh, not well cared for and could not have been cut correctly. DO NOT GO! read more

bought 2 fresh trees - no flocking this year - however this place is pretty pricey, color clocking is usually 10 bucks a foot. or cheaper if you are getting multiple trees done. this place was charging 12 bucks to color flock w/a 2 day waiting period (which I usually don't mind) ... I was told after I paid that they would of done 10 bucks for me, but I'm the type to that likes to be given the sale price up front, so I passed. besides, I needed a change.
