    When it was "ready" and we declined

    *****GEICO CUSTOMERS BEWARE****** Please avoid this place and the claim adjusters that work for GEICO. The most horrible experience I've ever had. My husband hit a pothole on I-10 in Beaumont on his way to work. Extensive driver side damage. Never heard from anyone, we were the ones having to reach out. Truck was suppose to be ready on Feb 14th but was not. Of course we had to reach out, then it turned out to not be ready until the 1st. When my husband checked the truck out he noticed the put the same tire he hit the pothole with on the truck!!!! That is completely unacceptable. My husband left it there. So on the 8th enterprise notified my husband that the adjuster refused to cover the cost of the rental after Feb14th even though the truck was not ready. So we have a $911 charge. There was no courtesy call which of course would have made all the difference cause then we would have worked something out. But we were completely blindsided. Again it goes back to the adjuster, the claims customer service rep AND enterprise both stated this. I was able to get a hold of the adjuster and he was going to put it through. Not sure why it wasn't done from the jump which again is shady business practices. This morning we went to go pick up the truck and reluctantly my husband paid the deductible fist because he was told he had to do to get the keys. He wanted to drive accompanied by a shop worker but they refused. And of course he was given the whole "make sure you bring it back right away if there's any problems " and what do you know?, brake lights don't turn on and my husband hears an air leak when he pushes the gas. He took it back just for them to tell him that they are done with his claim and refused to take it back. At this point I'm fine with that and I don't trust these ppl for shit. Best believe I'm not going down without a fight or letting this slide. Completely unacceptable, and if anyone wants to refute my claims call me, message me. I have no problems backing up this review. Also adjusters just want to pawn us off on someone else, lack basic customer service skills and don't want to take responsibility for not wanting to properly handle the claim. I dealt (if you wanna call it that) with Malcolm Johnson and Alise. Attached is a pic of the tire they put back on when the truck was "ready" but we wouldn't take it.

    Hood should not be primed, only bumper.

    I am so glad i picked for my Jeep to get fixed here. They are very helpful and i couldn't even tell that it was damaged before.

    I have no doubt this business, Ryan Automotive, has done good work on people's vehicles in the…read morepast. Judging from the reviews, most people seem satisfied with services rendered. However, in my opinion, from the standpoint of someone garnering quotes for a future mirror replacement, the receptionist or customer service associate who answered the phone did not have a good enough concept of (potential) customer relations. After a truly harrowing, somewhat traumatizing freeway experience, I thought the person answering the phone would at least have some kind of empathy or even just a professional, friendly tone. My initial request to speak to a mechanic or service advisor was ignored. Anyways, I volunteered info about the make, model, year and color of the car, but she only seemed interested in the VIN number, which I provided. Any other place asks for all of this info. She actually said I read the VIN number too fast at the end of my reading of it, which makes no sense as I never read numbers that fast out of courtesy. I even took the extra step of making sure she got the letters correctly, but, again, she did not appreciate that. Instead, she rather unprofessionally and abruptly ended the entire call. I've never had this kind of low vibration, low intelligence customer service from any auto-related business. So, I called back and left a message thinking perhaps the owner would contact me either the same day or the next, to no avail. Every other business I have contacted, from dealerships to independent repair and body shops, have had much more impressive and professional communications.

    I got my full windshield replaced. Great and fast service. No complaints, I would come here again…read moreand recommend to a friend.
