My three kids, husband and I are extremely pleased with the services and experiences we've received. This is the first practice where we've felt they genuinely care for the patient's dental health without us feeling the discomfort of upselling at every appointment or feeling like we are just a number. The doctors communicated the issues, provided their suggestions and were patient in further explaining and answering any questions we had. From the receptionists at the front to the dental assistants, dental hygienists and the doctors my family has received services from, they are always so friendly and has customer service in mind. The doctors my family had experiences with were: - Dr. Rouhanian (General Dentist): When I was told by another doctor that I needed to do a pretty big job on one of my molars, I felt that doctor was pretty aggressive with his suggestion. Dr Rouhanian was the first doctor who has ever advised me that I did not have to do anything I was not comfortable with. Dr. Rouhanian was more caring and sensitive to his patient and I so appreciated the methodical approach he suggested to fixing my tooth versus the aggressive route. - Dr. Farajian (Pediatric Dentist): She is so sweet and kind to the kids. I always get the vibe that she loves children and truly cares about their dental health and wellbeing. My four-year-old recently had six cavities filled and a tooth extraction done. Dr. Farajian and her staff did their best to make my son feel safe and comfortable before and during the procedures. - Dr. Abdulateef (Orthodontist): He explained the dental issues my daughter was experiencing and provided his suggestions to rectify the issues. He was patient and further explained when needed and answered my questions. I did not feel pressured to get the Invisalign or braces. He made it my choice. - Dr. Guerrero (Endodontist): He was calm, collected and took his time in explaining his opinion for the condition of my molar that needed some work. His demeanor and professional evaluation gave me the comfort to move forward with his suggestions. He was patient in answering any questions I had. This is a great family dental practice. I would not have spent this much time writing a detailed review if I was not so pleased with their service.

Patients and staff are squeezed into one area and I feel like I'm going to bump into someone or something expensive. They really max out the space. In some ways, it's a sign that they're busy but at the same time, it just lacks personal space. It's an issue when the child next to yours is crying because they're scared that causes your child to panic. It's also an issue because parents don't have much room to stay with their younger kids. The hygienist does most of the work and the dentist just pops in at the end to make sure everything is okay. Also, scheduling is such a hassle. My daughter needed to get her cavities filled and they didn't have any availability for about 4.5 months. We also were unsatisfied with their handling of insurance/billing.
