Dr. never, ever available. She had a baby and now cancels appointments when you do get one. Leaves the patient to suffer...

From the start, his office staff was amazing. They were kind, welcoming, and very efficient. They truly went above and beyond to get my file in front of him and help me get approved to be seen as soon as possible, which meant so much during a stressful time. Dr. Levin is truly one of a kind. It's rare to find a doctor who is this transparent, compassionate, and genuinely invested in their patients. He takes his time, explains everything thoroughly, and makes sure you fully understand what's going on. He doesn't sugarcoat things--he tells you exactly what you need to hear so you can move forward with confidence. His knowledge and work ethic are incredible, and you can tell he truly cares about providing the best care possible. My nerve conduction study was a very positive experience and absolutely worth the wait. If you're dealing with carpal tunnel, ulnar nerve issues, or any nerve-related condition, I highly recommend asking for a referral to Dr. Levin. We need more doctors like him--compassionate, honest, and truly dedicated to their patients. I'm very thankful I was referred to him.

The Dr asked several basic assessment type questions and then RAMBLED on about his own personal family members and sharing private details about his own life, kids etc. Told my father he would get some meds to "make him all Better" and NEVER shared the EEG results (the whole point of the appointment!) Colossal waste of time and effort for a 84 yr old patient with dementia!! How this Dr is still in practice is beyond my comprehension ~

We came to the emergency room and they told us to get in contact with the neurologist. I called the office and Rhonda told me that she doesn't have anything available until March. My husband is in the emergency room and she doesn't care. It's not hard to be kind, do better. Not coming back.

I have been seeing Dr. Heron for almost 6 years for pain management re: Degenerative Spinal Disease…read morewith Progressive Osteoporosis. Having come from a county where the doctors did not follow up on my diagnoses, I was delighted to be taken seriously. Yes, the Wait Time is definitely a nuisance but I have found that the best doctors always have that problem. And Dr. Heron's treatment plans for me have increased my quality of life significantly! I couldn't drive a car prior to seeing Heron. Within a year of seeing him, I was back driving. When I asked for outside information re my conditions, Heron suggested materials to help change my life style. Dr. Heron has listened to me sharing about my unusual responses to treatments and been open to changing the treatment plans accordingly. This is a rare quality in specialists and I am most grateful. In summary, Dr Heron has given me a much improved quality of life and treated me with dignity never indicating disbelief in the level of my pain nor making remarks about "pill-seeking behavior," behaviors that other doctors in pain management felt were a required part of their new patient introductions. I don't mind waiting for Dr. Heron; he listens, follows through and treats me with dignity, kindness and successful treatments! PS In defense of the office staff, and the doctors, the state and federal guidelines concerning Pain Management (especially re the opioid crisis,) are very restrictive. In order to keep their licenses, they must set strict boundaries with their clients. PS Bring your pup with you for an extra relaxed visit lol)

Once she was released from the hospital and was in an acute rehab facility, we went to see her after her most recent CT scan. We literally spent maybe 10 minutes in her office. She was curt and does not have the best chair side manner. I would ask questions in behalf of my mother and she was not very forthcoming of any information with regard to why my mother fell. She just kept repeating " there is no more bleeding and no more swelling in the brain " . " We're good" ... When we would ask questions about weakness in her lower extremities and unsteady gait she had no answers. When I asked about what we could do about finding the appropriate SSRI for her that might work better than what she was on now she skirted out of this by saying " not my department sorry" .. she barely wrote any Physician's notes for the Rehab facility. I felt it was a complete waist of time and my Mother's time. The Medical Assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable maybe she should become a Neurologist and trade places with her. We will be going back to her original Neurologist. I would give this Physician zero stars if I could.

I hadn't realized it, but my feet were beginning to hurt more and in odd ways. I first had a physical therapist and when I finally relayed my plight to Dr. Taylor she confirmed it was due to my back issues...continuous damage over the years plus the new injuries. In fact, she cleared me for emergency surgery, which she flew back from the East Coast to perform on December 27th, 2022...yes, two days after Christmas!!! Dr. Taylor saved - if not my life -certainly my way of life. Thank you!!!!!! Dr. Taylor is also very personable, knowledgeable, able to speak easily to us laymen, shows great compassion and frankly, wants the best for each patient.
