It was a very nice gesture, and our guests enjoyed the extra perk. We mentioned that the A/C didn't seem to be cooling very well (although, we did have the back door open to unload lots of supplies). However, the owner went the extra mile to investigate the problem with the a/c unit on the roof and was able to reset it for us, so we were very comfortable during the event time. The kitchen is equipped with a new stove/oven - an electric, 4-burner residential type of appliance, but suitable for reheating food, which was great for our needs. The owner was clear on not being a fully stocked/operating kitchen - so they don't supply dishes, silverware, etc. However, they do have some things there that were helpful for various items we forgot (e.g. a few serving dishes We really liked the flexibility of being able to bring in your own food and bar. While the price point was higher than I had originally wanted to spend, we found the overall quality of the facility and service to be of great value. Our guests were impressed, the owner turned out to be easy to work with, and I would recommend it to others who are looking for a facility in the Canton area.

They give you glorified world of fitness and they tell you all the classes are free but they don't tell you that for all the classes you have to register ahead of time.. If you miss the registration deadline which is every 3 months then you cannot go to any classes. Some of the classes you have to pay money also though you are a member. When you go to become a member they don't tell you that you have to plan ahead to register for the class. Somebody like me who works in the hospital and my schedule varies cannot go to the classes because you have to register. When I signed up in June for membership, nobody told me that you have to register for class. It would be better if they have registration every month. So if you skip one month you can register in second month. It doesn't help when you have to register every 3 months. When I called staff was very rude. Though I paid a lot of money for my membership, they act like we are going there for free. The staff is really rude. When you call they don't say please wait there is one person ahead of you. They just say hold on and they start music. When I called and asked for the classes the lady said I have been working here for long time and we always register for classes. They treat you very bad. It is very sad that Canton community became like this. I have lived in Canton for 27 years now. They need to train their employees how to talk and how to be nice with everybody.

As a novice of woodworking, I was blown-away by the intricate woodwork and finishings throughout the home. The three ladies that lead our tour of the home shared many interesting details about the property, its restoration, and details of Clara and Henry's years at the estate. Many of the restoration stories, like finding a tub for Henry's bathroom or how Clara had a section repainted white were intriguing. Even though much of the home, especially the second floor, is still being restored it was a fascinating experience.
