This is a place that will really make the children sleep well after they leave. It seems to be new and the concept is simply an open play on/in bounce houses. My son is 4 and it was a bit much for me to watch him go up and down the slides but he loved it. A few things to take note of: Open play is for 90mins but no one is checking times and it really is enough time for a 4yr old. No outside foods Children wear socks and parents can keep their shoes on. I have never been here for open play so unfortunately I can not review off of that experience. I have, however, been here for quite a few birthday parties. Overall, it seems to be very well organized and pretty seamless. When the party begins your start in one room with inflatables, halfway through you go to the next with inflatables, and end in the party room where you have cake, and/or pizza, and possibly open gifts. The first inflatable room is nice although there isn't much seating room for the adults who just want to observe. The second room is much better in this regard. My son Max loves to come to camp here. They make the kids get up and move around and play rather than just sit, so that's great they get the physical activity they need to be healthy. The staff is always courteous and kind, they also update me if my child had any incident such as a bump during playtime. Complimentary snacks are provided or you can leave cash at check in for your kids to get additional snacks. You can also pay for a half day or full day, and decide if you want to pay for lunch. How do you not have a great time at a bounce house. The kids absolutely love this place. Tons of inflatables for all the kids to get on. It's a large indoor area, so they have plenty of room to roam, and it's all enclosed so they can't escape. We had a birthday party here and I thought they did a good job catering to our kids and their friends. We/the kids really enjoyed it. Ok this place is good for birthday parties & the pop n play they offer on the weekends. However I made the mistake of letting my five year old son go here for only two days for the Easter camp. I dropped him off around 8 in the morning with older ladies who were really nice. But when I came to pick him up it was a lot of younger girls and guys who did not speak when I spoke to them and my child looked like he had been crying or was about to start so I repeatedly asked my son what's wrong in front of them and he told me nothing . As soon as we got in the car he told me how 3 kids basically beat him up and pulled his hair out and how he asked one of the lady's for another snack and she told him he would have to pay for instead of calling me and saying well he wanted another snack and just pay for it when I picked him up. When I went up the next morning to get more details the older ladies had no clue because no one reported it, another child walked up and told us the whole story how the first two kids called my son a girl and a transgender and the little girl pulled his hair out and they beat him up. So apparently they do not watch your children nor do they care. But let that would have been the other way around and my black son was doing that to those white kids he would have been put out immediately. So no camps no holiday programs etc ever again with this company. read more

The management is terrible. We had my children's birthday party there....they were over half an hour late to open....and inly after i called the other location did someone show up. The manager/owner was extremely rude and disrespectful. He told my mothet to shut up, threatened to have me arrested, and refused any explanation as to why no one was there for my party. My time was not extended and i did not feel like I got what I paid for. We waited outside in the parking lot longer than the children got to jump. I love this place. My kids love it here! Endless fun full of endless jumping opportunity! Highly recommend. Open play is not expensive either! All 3 of my kids can jump for $21! They have a great hot dog combo as well that we love! We'll be back for Party Playground!(-: read more

Very disappointing. Unprofessional management. The manager booked the wrong party, a much more expensive one than we asked for. After the party, she insisted it was our fault and basically implied we were lying or stupid. (Yes really... very unprofessional). She bullied us into paying much more than the party we ordered just because she was unwilling to consider it was her mistake. To make matters worse, they messed up the pizza and insisted we pay for that anyway. Their team was responsible for coordinating the pizza from Dominos, they served the wrong pizzas, admitted they had the wrong pizzas, and indicated at our party we would not pay for them. When we paid, they insisted we pay for 3 of 4 pizzas and their manager suggested we should be pleased with their generosity because it was "Dominos fault". They got 3 of 4 wrong and charged us for 3 of 4... absurd and unprofessional. No ownership or accountability for their team making mistakes. If it was Dominos mistake, they should not have accepted the order and should have gotten the right ones there before we were sitting down to serve it. Can't trust them to be accountable for their own mistakes or stand for the customer. This is how they treat a repeat customer! read more

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. We booked a party and set up. No one gave us any directions or said there were any problems. No one did. The owner, Steve Truxillo, showed up and proceeded to chew out my wife, her parents and myself. We tried to discuss what his problem was in an adult fashion but he insisted on being rude. Definitely ruined my child's birthday. We tried to leave and get a refund but they wouldn't even discuss that. Once we were there and they had our credit card we were essentially screwed. HE IS ONLY ABOUT MONEY NOT ABOUT CHILDREN. Don't buy the balloon drop feature either. Was told it was $10, then charged $35 for them to drop balloons that the kids can't even have because they reuse the same balloons over and over all day. The workers were adamant in telling the kids you can't take any and you better not pop any. I asked all the employees if the owner was rude and half of them would talk about it and said he was but their words were A hole and I agree. We won't be back read more
