The first difficulty was that the first 2 contracts they mailed to us included pricing errors that would have resulted in overcharging us had we not gone over them with a fine-toothed comb. 2. Secondly, the delivery of our rental on the day of our wedding arrived over 2 hours later than the scheduled time. You can imagine the stress this caused for us trying to prepare our ceremony and reception sites in a timely manner. CRA claimed they had called us the day prior to inform us of the change in timing. In the current age of caller ID, call histories, and voice mail, it dumbfounds me that a company could make that claim and not know that the customer would be aware that the call was never made.
