While we were still playing mini golf, a staff member came to find us and let us know a laser tag game was starting soon and suggested we join. If we had waited until we finished golfing, it probably would have just been our two boys in the arena. Instead they got to play with a full group, which made the game way more exciting. That extra level of customer service made a big difference. The kids had an absolute blast and we really appreciated the staff looking out for us like that. I didn't realize it at the beginning but you will earn points for each room you enter and will be ranked according to your skill. Some rooms are popular and may have a long line . They all have seemed to play the game so they are very knowledgeable. The batting cages have various speeds for softball and baseball. There are like 5-6 batting cages available for use. There are bats and helmets available for use. The batting cages take gold coins that can be purchased at the desk before playing. The back area has an open area for pitching and softball which various speeds as well. We have always had a great experience and will definitely return.

The person onsite, I believe her name was Pat approach my caterer and my DJ not me the point of contact and told them to shut everything down at 4:00 pm. I understand that the last hour was the cleanup. I don't understand why we could not listen to music for 30 minutes why we cleaned up. When I approached her, her response was, "Per the contract everyone must leave other than those that are part of the cleanup, and the music must be shut off." I made an announcement to 130 guests about the above-mentioned statement from the person onsite, that they must leave... Please understand that was a 130-guests last experience with Diamondz. We don't have to leave but you have to get out of here!!! 130 people will not return to your event space!
