While the decor and ambiance is rather outdated, the place is very large and has several inflatable bouncers. It even has a zip line - so fun! The party packages are MUCH more reasonable than other bounce houses in the area. And the open bounce is for 90 mins instead of 60, which is longer than other bounce houses in the area. I'll definitely consider having my daughters next bday party here. read more

Attended a birthday party here. A big selection of fun inflatables. My 4&2 year old had a lot of fun here. There is absolutely zero supervision from staff though in the jump areas. You have to sign a waiver so maybe that is why? I can't speak for the cost, since we were there with a party but I would return. I will note the party room had just been cleaned before we entered it as I could still smell Lysol and the floor appeared to just have been mopped. So that's a plus. read more

I took my 2 year old daughter here in the afternoon during the week and it was great! It's only $6 for a child and the parent is free. Also, they don't mind if the parents get in and jump with them (unlike some other places where they only allow you to "assist" your child) and the front desk lady was extremely nice. There are lots of other options besides just bounce houses but the ones they have are very unique and fun. This is a great place to take your child to wear them out! We will definitely be back. read more

This place has gone way down hill since the ownership has changed. I have school events and birthday parties in the past there and it was wonderful. Not so much under this owner. The staff is not helpful in assisting at the party. I felt like I had to do everything. They did not clean-up the room from the prior party. The place looked and felt dirty. It's a shame because it was the management/owner prior did a stellar job from the moment you walked into the door to the moment you left. Lastly, I was treated by owner horribly. Found this place a few years ago because bounce party and play stopped allowing adults to jump on equipment. Plus, bounce party and play's party rooms are as big as a closet. It's tucked away in a business park, but very easy to find. Staff usually includes 2 people and they are very kind. Set up was done by the staff, as well as clean up. Read a review before where customer complained of this not happening. Both times I have been, we have been treated great. They don't offer a sandwich platter to feed adults. Every year I have asked owner if I could bring a 5ft sub from walmart and she was more then happy to accommodate me. You get the most party/play time here then anywhere else I have looked. It is also much more affordable. Adults have fun, as well as the children. Highly recommend. Edited: Booked my sons birthday party here and checked out their new location. Much bigger and seemed very nice. However, this year they won't allow me to bring in a sandwich platter. Why? I'm not sure. The vendor they use (seasons pizza) for the the party doesn't even offer a sandwich platter. It's $13 for a cheese pizza and $50 for 20 chicken tenders. This will be the 4th year we have their party at jump on it and I'm afraid this might be the last. I traveled the 40 minutes to this locations simply because they weren't like the other bounce companies. I'm very disappointed. Only reason I'm keeping party is because my son wants it. I'll edit after his party and add as star if its at least a good party but words can't explain my frustration with jump on it. read more

So I have been taking my 2 year old here for open jumps for the past year & have been probably 10 times to the new location. Overall, it's a great value for your money (roughly $7 for 90 minutes and they often include a free kids meal at McDonald's or chick fil a & adults are free). More recently, I have found the place to be kind of dirty. The inflatables have dirt, some weird black stuff similar to tire mulch, etc. My trip today was the last time I will go there. I found a band-aid, a straw, three bobby pins, two plastic covers to drinks (a choking hazard), chewed gum and an open safety pin. I do realize that with kids that trash gets left behind but this stuff was clearly visible on the inflatables if anyone had looked. The safety pin was in the crease of one of the inflatables & when I picked it up, you could see tons of dirt in the creases. If the dirt doesn't bother you, the complete lack of supervision will. The staff (although nice & friendly) are never in the play area. Kids and their parents disregard the signs on the inflatables telling appropriate use, weight limits, etc. Some of the older kids also misuse the obstacles by jumping from the tops, etc and hurt younger kids. Do not expect anything more from the actual parents because most do not watch their children. Making full use of the couches & free wifi, many parents just let their kids run wild. Today, a small boy shoved multiple children & then bit my daughter on the nose. His mom was too busy on her phone to notice the other parents trying to keep him away from the kids. On a previous occasion, my older son was hit it in head by a kid on the zip line who was not even supposed to be on the zip line. I have let the grossness of the place go because my daughter loves it. They do have great inflatables but it desperately needs to be cleaned daily! A staff member in the actual play area would be great also. read more

We bought gift certificates for our grandchildren at Christmas time. We made plans to have them for the day and told them we would go to jump on it to use their gift certificates. When we got there the lady informed us there was no open jump on Saturday and we need to refer to the website for times available. I explained we bought gift certificates and this wasn't disclosed to us when we bought them. She wouldn't let them jump and our grandchildren were so upset. We ended up at amazing glaze and drove to launch in Delaware. They had a much better time at the end of the day but I'll never spend another dime there. This establishment had received a deposit from me for a birthday party booking in March 2020. I understand due to Covid they had closed down but they would not refund my deposit and now they have apparently closed the doors for good but yet still rent their equipment for home use. Still no refund on original deposit and they think this practice is acceptable. read more

Had my daughter's birthday party here. The place itself is nice, and I liked how they had 2 different bounce areas, and then the party room. However, I did Not enjoy the fact that they monitor and restrict you from bringing certain food in. It's ridiculous. No hot food or sandwiches. If I have 20+ children at a birthday party, that also means there will be 20-40 adults in addition that accompany them. The party package only comes with 2 free cheese pizza (intended to just be enough for the kids). So if I am the typical nice party hosts, that also feeds the adults....I'm FORCED to pay an additional 13$ per CHEESE PIZZA. ....INSTEAD OF being able to bring sandwiches, sub or something for the adults. And a plain cheese pizza does not cost 13$, as I can only assume they are getting kick backs from this as well. So nonetheless....I ended up spending nearly 300$ for this bday party. THEN....I go to pay at the end, and they asked me for a tip for the party girls!!!!! Are you effing kidding me?? I would have assumed that would have been included in my price of nearly 300$.... and I know these people are not making "server" wages....so why am I tipping?? Nor was this ever stated in the contract or mentioned on the phone or anything. So I was completely put ON THE SPOT while checking out. In addition, I served all my own PIZZA and cake. The girl didn't even do that. They set up, and cleaned up....but again....I thought that was their job and part of my almost 300$ FEE!!!!! read more

My step-daughter tried to leave this place a bad review on their Facebook page, and saw that their review section was disabled, so she posted a review of them onto her personal Facebook page. A family friend copied and pasted my step-daughter's thoughts onto their Facebook page, where they were doing some advertising. Jump On It blocked my step-daughter from their page, and the negative comment was deleted within 15 minutes. So guess what? I'm pasting it and reposting it here. You can run, Jump On It, but you can't hide: "Although my baby girl had a lot of fun today, I have lost all respect for Jump On It. Anyone who knows me knows I'm not one to usually complain publicly. I'm a very composed and nice person. BUT...Since they disabled their Facebook review section, I'll post here and feel free to share. They ordered my pizzas late (an HONEST employee shared this information). We were not taken back to the party room until 3:10 (was supposed to be 2:45). I asked an employee if we still got the full hour and she said "yes, you paid for it so you get it." I'm then told at 3:15 by another employee were are to be out by the same time. They wanted me to serve pizza and cake and sing happy birthday in 30 mins. To 13 kids and 20 some adults. My father went to the desk and told them we wanted an extra 15 mins, to which they said no. He told them we weren't leaving until 4 and one employee proceeded to call him an "ass" and said we were making a big deal out of a "little birthday party." After hearing that, I went to the front just to overhear her complaining about me and my father to another party parent and employees (she said I felt like I was more important than everyone else and throwing a FIT blah blah blah). I confronted her, to which she tried to deny (later admitted that the other manager beside her was the one to interact with my father) and be all sweet. Then apologized and said an extra 15 was ok since they next party wasn't to go into the room until 4:15. Long story short, I had tried to apologize for getting irritated and said I understood they were booked, but I just wanted the extra few minutes that were promised and expected and shocked to hear they spoke to paying customers that way. I told her I would help clean and be out by 4. Which I did. She smiled in my face, Gave me free jump passes and apologized for all the misunderstandings and the inconvenience. I was told by a friend later tonight that she was complaining about me AGAIN, after the fact, in front of patrons and employees. So, so, so unprofessional. Was going to let it slide until I learned she was STILL talking about me. Yea, it's a "little party" to you, but that's my BABY and I spent over $300 to make those 2.5 hours happen. If it's just some little party, why do you charge so much? I am seriously considering never returning. So disappointed and my whole view has changed about that place. Attended a birthday party here today and I was far from impressed. The child's name was misspelled on the present bin, we did not have a party host or hostess to remind children of rules when bouncing and to keep the party moving. We had to serve our own food, the knife we were provided to use was dirty and had to be rewashed. The place was overall disorganized and no one seemed to be able to make a decision. The icing on the cake was when the little girl got sick in the party room and no one had a plan for cleaning up these types of incidents. We ended up putting paper towels in the mess and leaving it for them to clean up. They need to get it together. read more

Party #3 at Jump On It was absolutely perfect. I was greeted by a friendly staff who carted my cake, soda, balloons and all of my snacks into the building. They checked each of my guest in with a friendly smile. Kids had a great time bouncing and plenty of non-rushed time in the party room. A few things have changed but only for the positive. They have three new bouncers on the floor. They also extended the party room time to a full hour in the party room with better pricing. Our party girl was wonderful to She set up the entire party room. Each child had a special birthday placemat setting. She served all our food and drinks and when the party was over she help us out to our car. Thank you for another perfect party! read more

Dealing with the workers at the shop is great, but the people who deliver the slides and most shocking the OWNER is CRAP! I specifically request a phone before they were on their way because the party was not at my home and I needed to meet them there so I can be there for set up. Also, no phone call! They also didn't tell us how to set it up and it's missing a major piece to make it a functional water slide! I had to go out and buy a piece to make it work long enough for my party! Then on top of it when I got s phone call from someone about how to "work it" I was told then it's been pissing that piece for a year, and just force the hose in place. "It should work!" This the night before. Then tells me he will be in a location that's 20mins away from my party to "help out" at my party's start time. Like that's super feeling helpful. Then when I requested to speak with him again the next day afterwards, he's still not even apologizing and changing his time of when he'll bar the location and when I said I can't trust to use his company again all I get is a "I Mean I don't know what to say? " how about I'm sorry asshat! It's shame because your workers in store are great and the idea of your business is great we loved it there but you just lost a customer. My son has had two birthday parties here. I remember the first time he ever set foot in this place (it was actually the day of his party on his 6th b-day)...he immediately shouted "I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!" Kids of various ages love Jump On It...they have a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles bouncer now, as well as the zip line...the bathrooms are very nice...and I like the amount of time the kids are given to jump and to eat in the party room. The Hurricane machine (I think that's what it's called?) is pretty cool too. My son really enjoyed the heavy winds. Lol. The seating area is nice, and there is free Wi-Fi for anyone who wishes to bring their laptop or tablet. read more

Watch your child's shoes and coats. My daughters shoes were stolen and the owner basically said oh well not their fault. My daughter was in tears. The shoes were left at the entrance where we were told to put them. Someone stole her pair of converse and left their ratty ass old pair. She said we could leave our number in case any one brought them back. Heck no. By the looks of the old ones i don't want my daughter wearing them. She's already immunosuppressed and chronically sick with a disease. i wouldn't want her catching something. glad the staff was super helpful oh and yes the owner as well as whoever was upfront said the same thing. read more

I just had my daughters birthday there. We had 20 five years olds and their parents. The place was hot! We had a 1:15 party and by the time we got to the party room everyone including the adults looked like they needed a shower. The party room thermostat was set 72 degrees and the temp in the room was 77. When we asked to adjust the temp the girls said the owner said no! Really? There was no air moving in the whole facility. All the other parties looked just as hot. I can imagine what it is like if it was 90 degrees out. Then I paid 40.00 for an Anna and elsa cake that was melted by the time the kids sung happy birthday! The room was set up by me... And the utensils needed to cut pizza weren't there. They came after we struggled to cut the pizza and handed it out to the kids ourselves. I feel like their should be a little more involvement by the staff in the party room. Not to serve but, be available if we need anything for example trash bags, napkins, and more utensils.... To top it off, I bought a large Mylar balloon that was left in the room. When I called an hour later, they said they threw it away! They knew we were there, they couldn't have called and asked if we wanted the large balloon first? I was not impressed. The 2nd party room had guests that were not with us and the kids we older and running over my party kids. I had to ask the staff to get them to leave. There is no supervision in the bounce rooms for traffic that doesn't belong and continue to come in the doors. All in all I think everything was unacceptable after spending 315.00 for the party! Never again:( I am very disappointed in this place. We have a lot of preschoolers that would enjoy a place like this if only the accommodations were better. read more

If you have young children stay far away from this place. I brought my two young kids here for an open bounce and there were a lot of older children running around unsupervised. An attendant came out once to tell them to make sure they moved out of the zipline area when they were done, but that's the extent of it These kids were running around knocking my daughter over, not paying attention to anything. We moved to the other side where she was able to play on her own for a while but then another group of kids came in apparently for a party. These are big kids that should know better and the kid came over and took the bat out of my daughter's hand that she was playing with. I then tried to redirect her to another toy where these other children ended up climbing on top of as we were going to it and jumping over to the slide area. Had my daughter been sliding they would have landed on her. So I grab my kids to go to the front and inquire about the supervision policy and I flat out asked if it's normally like this because I don't want my young kids around that sort of thing. This other woman who's standing there coming in for a party she's having is listening in and interrupts as if it's her business. The woman was being completely rude to me, started cussing at me and the employees DID NOTHING. They let this woman berate me in front of my young kids and didn't care. I finally got to the point where I was shaking and started cussing myself because I couldn't take it. All I wanted to do at that point was get my money back and leave and this woman kept going. My husband then called to talk to a manager about what happened and they sat there and said I started it. Really? I guess by reporting kids that are going to seriously injure someone I did start it. I will never return there and all the people that I recommended the place too, will certainly not be going here either. I tried reporting what was going on for the safety of the kids there and in return I got bashed by another mother in front of my young kids and the employees are taking her side. I guess because her birthday party is more profitable they cared more about her than me. Oh on another note the place is filthy and I had to keep pulling stuff out of my daughter's hand. I found a bandaid in one of the jump houses which is extremely unsanitary. read more

so,so ..... the jump equipment itself is good, there's lots to choose from for girls and boys. it's $6 per person to jump which is reasonable. employees however are not friendly and don't seem to care if you have a problem. my son tried to buy a drink frommachine that did not work, when I asked for managers help she seemed irratated that I interrupted her from doing nothing behind the desk. Also, my niece tried the claw machine and lost $4 which was not refunded and we were not refunded money for drink machine either with no apology. My sister sat on the sofas which had a bug in it which bit her twice, so if you come don't sit down, don't use the claw machine and bring you own beverages. read more
